CashMySalary lends against your next pay cheque: ₹5,000 to ₹1,00,000, or up to half your monthly salary, auto-debited on your salary date. It is web-based, it is marketed at people who need cash before payday, and it belongs to the same lender as Jet Fund — Regency Fincorp Limited, a BSE-listed NBFC.
The corporate existence is easy to confirm, and we did. What we cannot do is tell you what this loan costs, because the lender's own pages give two answers that differ by a factor of five, and neither is presented as an APR.
CashMySalary Loan Reviews
There is nothing to review, in the usual sense. No Google Play listing turned up for the brand or for Regency Fincorp's consumer products on 22 September 2026, and we found no independent ratings, complaint threads, police advisories or media coverage naming CashMySalary.
Two caveats about that silence. Our search tooling indexes poorly for small Indian brands, so absence of complaints is a gap in evidence rather than a clean record. And the site's own data deletion policy instructs users to "open the CashMySalary App" — a document referring to an app that does not appear to exist publicly, which tells you the legal pages were not written for this product.
Without a store listing there is no data-safety declaration, no permission disclosure and no borrower review trail. For a lender asking for Aadhaar, PAN and salary details, that matters.
CashMySalary Loan Safe or not?
Our answer is to avoid it — not because the company is fictitious, but because of what it publishes about its own product and how it publishes it.
What checks out:
- A listed, registered lender. Regency Fincorp Limited is a BSE-listed NBFC, CIN L67120PB1993PLC013169, stating RBI registration B-06.00100, with investor disclosures on its corporate site.
- Disclosed affiliation. regencyfincorp.co.in names CashMySalary as its product, which is the disclosure RBI expects.
- A published escalation chain ending at RBI's complaint portals.
- A stated policy of no prepayment penalty, on the about page.
What does not:
- A fee "at loan application". The charges policy puts the processing fee of up to 10% at application rather than at disbursal.
- Two prices, five times apart. "0.5% Daily Interest" on the homepage, about 182% a year; "up to 3% per month" in the terms, 36% a year. No reconciliation, no APR example anywhere.
- Penal interest at 1.5% a day, roughly 547% a year, on overdue amounts.
- Two tenures. 1 to 90 days on the homepage; up to 40 days in the terms.
- Legal pages copied from another business. Both the terms and the privacy policy make the user consent to marketing communication "from Nutrabay" — an unrelated nutrition e-commerce brand.
- The lender's own name misspelled as "Regency Fincrop Limited" on the terms, privacy policy and declaration pages.
- A leftover brand name, "SalaryAnytime", still in the copy on the about and FAQ pages.
- An unfilled template placeholder in the data deletion policy: "processed within [specific time frame, e.g., 7-14 days]".
- Contradictory self-description. "No documents" and "Zero Paperwork" advertised alongside a requirement for Aadhaar, PAN and a salary slip; and two different customer-support windows on the same contact page.
- A broken escalation ladder. The nodal officer is named, but her email and phone are printed as dashes — so level three of the company's own grievance process has no contact.
- Active impersonation. The site warns that fraudsters impersonate it over WhatsApp and SMS demanding payments.
The rule that protects you everywhere: no genuine lender asks for an OTP, PIN or card details, and no genuine lender asks you to pay a fee by UPI before disbursing your loan. If anyone asks for money to release a CashMySalary loan — including someone using the brand's name — it is a scam. Stop, and report it.

If you need to complain:
- Email care@cashmysalary.com and gro@cashmysalary.com together, with your application ID, dates, amounts and screenshots, and ask for a written reference number.
- Escalate in parallel to Regency Fincorp Limited through its corporate contacts. It is the regulated entity, and it is also a listed company with investor-relations obligations — which tends to concentrate minds.
- After a month without resolution, complain free to RBI at cms.rbi.org.in, or report lending conduct at sachet.rbi.org.in.
- If anyone took money from you using this brand's name, treat it as fraud: call 1930 and file at cybercrime.gov.in the same day.
Never dial a "CashMySalary helpline" from a search snippet, an ad or a message — impersonation in this brand's name is already happening, by the company's own admission. Our verified customer care directory carries only contacts published by companies themselves.
CashMySalary is RBI Registered or not?
The brand is not. The lender is.
- CashMySalary is a product name, not a licensed entity.
- Regency Fincorp Limited is the lender: a non-deposit-taking, non-systemically important NBFC per its own fair practices code, listed on the BSE, publishing RBI Certificate of Registration B-06.00100.
- The affiliation is disclosed from both sides, on cashmysalary.com and on regencyfincorp.co.in.
- Unverified: we could not confirm that registration number against RBI's own list, nor the brand's presence in RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory, which is served behind a session-based portal we could not query. A third-party checker reports it as listed; we do not treat that as sufficient.
A registered lender is a floor, not a guarantee. RBI's digital lending rules also require a Key Fact Statement stating the APR before you sign, and require penal charges to be a reasonable charge rather than penal interest. Neither appears to be met by what this site publishes.
Verify any lender yourself, in two minutes:
- Search "Regency Fincorp" in RBI's list of registered NBFCs on rbi.org.in.
- Look for the brand in RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory under Citizen's Corner.
- Insist on the Key Fact Statement before signing. No KFS, no loan.
- Refuse any payment demanded before disbursal, whatever it is called.
What CashMySalary says it charges
| Charge | What is published |
|---|---|
| Interest (homepage) | 0.5% per day — about 182% a year |
| Interest (terms) | Up to 3% per month — 36% a year |
| Processing fee | Up to 10% of the loan, "at loan application", excluding GST |
| Penal interest | 1.5% per day on overdue amounts — about 547% a year |
| Bounce charges | ₹1,000, one time |
| Loan amount | ₹5,000 – ₹1,00,000, or up to 50% of monthly salary |
| Tenure | 1 – 90 days (site) or up to 40 days (terms) |
| Prepayment | "No prepayment penalty" claimed; no figure in the charges policy |
| APR | Not published |
Put a number on it. Borrow ₹20,000 for 30 days. At the advertised 0.5% a day, interest alone is about ₹3,000. Add a processing fee of up to ₹2,000 and you are repaying roughly ₹23,000 on ₹18,000 received — inside a month. Miss the date and 1.5% a day starts running.
Compare that with a regulated personal loan at 14% to 24% a year using our EMI calculator, and the gap is not marginal; it is the difference between a cost and a trap.
Cheaper things to try first
Most people looking at a salary advance have been refused elsewhere. These are usually available and always cheaper:
- An employer salary advance, which typically costs nothing.
- A gold loan against jewellery you already own — often under 12% at a bank, disbursed the same day.
- A personal loan from a bank or a mainstream NBFC, even at 24%. Compare options in our loan app reviews.
- A credit card cash withdrawal, expensive at 36% to 42% a year plus a fee, but far below a daily-rate product.
- A loan against a fixed deposit or insurance policy, if you hold either.
- Asking the biller for time. A late utility or school fee usually costs less than any of the above.
What RBI's rules entitle you to, whatever the app says
Borrowers dealing with high-cost lenders often assume they have no rights. They have several, and they apply to every RBI-registered lender and every digital lending app operating for one.
- A Key Fact Statement before you sign. It must state the annual percentage rate including fees, the total repayment, the schedule and the grievance officer's details. No KFS, no binding loan.
- A cooling-off period. RBI's digital lending rules require a look-up period during which you may exit the loan by repaying the principal and proportionate charges, without a penalty.
- No charge outside the KFS. A lender cannot levy fees that were not disclosed there.
- Penal charges, not penal interest. Since RBI's 2023 direction, penalties on default must be reasonable charges rather than an interest rate that compounds on your outstanding.
- Limited data access. Lending apps may take need-based, one-time access to camera, microphone, location and KYC data. Access to your contact list, photo gallery or message inbox is not permitted for lending purposes.
- Recovery conduct rules. No calls before 8 a.m. or after 7 p.m., no threats, no abuse, and no contacting people from your phonebook to shame you.
- A named grievance officer and an ombudsman route. If the lender does not resolve a complaint within 30 days, you can go to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in — free, and without a lawyer.
Measure any lender against that list before borrowing. Where a product's published terms fall short — a fee due at application, penal charges expressed as a daily interest rate, no APR anywhere, no contact for the nodal officer — you are not being unreasonable to walk away. You are applying the standard the regulator already set.
Verdict: should you borrow from CashMySalary?
No. The lender exists, is listed and is registered, and that distinguishes it from the outright frauds in this category. But the product as published is payday credit priced by the day, sold through a website whose legal pages were evidently copied from an unrelated business, whose escalation ladder has no contact at level three, and whose fee schedule asks for money at application.
If you have already borrowed here, repay on time and close it — at 1.5% a day, an overdue salary advance becomes unpayable fast. And whatever you do, do not pay a fee to anyone promising to release a loan.
