Jet Fund offers short-term cash: ₹5,000 to ₹1,00,000, repaid within weeks rather than months, marketed at salaried people who need money before payday. There is a genuine NBFC behind it — Regency Fincorp Limited, a BSE-listed company that names JetFund as one of its products, so the affiliation is real and not impersonation.
That is where the reassurance ends. What this lender publishes about its own pricing does not hold together, and one published term — a processing fee payable at application — is the structure that advance-fee fraud is built on. This review is mostly about that.
Jet Fund Loan Reviews
There are no user reviews, because there is no app. Searches on Google Play on 22 September 2026 returned no Jet Fund listing. The only related app is a small internal loan-account manager published for Regency Fincorp, with a few hundred downloads, no rating, and a data-safety block declaring that data is not encrypted.
Jet Fund's own terms nonetheless instruct users to delete their data inside "the Jet Fund App" — a document describing a product that does not appear to exist in public app stores. That is the first sign of a legal library assembled from templates rather than written for this business.
With no store listing there is no review trail, no data-safety declaration, no permission list and no independent complaint record. We found no police advisory, RBI action or media coverage naming Jet Fund either, which is unsurprising for a brand that appears to date only from 2026. Absence of coverage is not evidence of safety.
Jet Fund Loan Safe or not?
Our answer is no — not because the lender is fake, but because of what the lender publishes.
What checks out:
- A real, regulated lender. Regency Fincorp Limited is a BSE-listed NBFC, incorporated in 1993, stating RBI registration B-06.00100.
- Disclosed affiliation. regencyfincorp.co.in lists JetFund among its products and links to the Jet Fund application page, which is the disclosure RBI's digital lending rules require.
- A published escalation chain ending at RBI's complaint portals.
What does not:
- A fee payable at application. The charges policy lists the processing fee of up to 10% as due "at loan application". No borrower should pay a fee before receiving a loan.
- Two prices, ten times apart. The terms say up to 3% a month (36% a year). The homepage calculator defaults to 1.25% a day and its worked example repays ₹1,28,000 on ₹80,000 over 40 days — about ₹40,000 of interest, plus an ₹8,000 fee.
- Penal interest at 1.5% a day. That is roughly 547% a year, and expressing penal charges as a daily interest rate runs against RBI's 2023 direction that penal charges should be a reasonable, non-compounding charge rather than penal interest.
- No APR and no Key Fact Statement published anywhere, both of which RBI's digital lending rules require before a loan agreement is signed.
- Four different tenures across the site: 40 days in the terms, 1–45 days on the calculator, up to 365 days on the about page, and up to 36 months in the interest rate policy.
- A misnamed lender. Most legal pages call the company "Regency Fincrop Limited", a misspelling of its actual name.
- A registered office that is not the lender's. The site claims a Mumbai address in Bandra Kurla Complex; the NBFC's own registered office is in Zirakpur, Punjab.
- Three different helpline numbers across its own pages, plus a claim of 24/7 support on one page and Monday-to-Saturday hours on another.
- A prohibited badge. The site describes itself in terms implying RBI approval, which no lender may claim; RBI registers entities, it does not endorse products.
- Live impersonation. A permanent site-wide pop-up warns that fraudsters send fake payment requests via WhatsApp, SMS and social media in Jet Fund's name, and disclaims liability for those losses.
The rule that protects you everywhere, and especially here: no genuine lender asks for an OTP, PIN or card details, and no genuine lender asks you to pay a fee by UPI before disbursing your loan. If anyone — including a caller claiming to be from Jet Fund — asks for money to release a loan, it is a scam. Stop and report it.
Jet Fund Customer Care
| Channel | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer care | 8800316528, 8800316732 |
| care@jetfund.in | |
| Hours | Monday – Saturday, 10:00 – 19:00 (contact page) |
| Toll-free grievance number | 1800 309 2712 (published on other pages) |
| Grievance officer | Mr Bilal Ahmed — gro@jetfund.in |
| Nodal officer | Ms Ravina Khan — no email or phone published |
| Address on site | Plot C-20, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai 400051 |
Treat these contacts with care. The site publishes three different numbers and two different sets of hours, and the nodal officer — the person you are supposed to escalate to — has no contact details at all, which breaks the company's own escalation matrix at level three.
If you need to complain:
- Email care@jetfund.in and gro@jetfund.in together, with your application ID, dates, amounts and screenshots. Ask for a written complaint reference.
- Escalate in parallel to the lender itself, Regency Fincorp Limited, at its own published corporate contacts — it is the regulated entity and carries the regulatory responsibility.
- After 30 days without resolution, complain free to RBI at cms.rbi.org.in, or report lending conduct on sachet.rbi.org.in.
- If money was taken by someone impersonating the brand, that is a police matter: 1930 and cybercrime.gov.in, immediately.
Never call a "Jet Fund customer care number" from a search result, an ad or a WhatsApp message — impersonation in this brand's name is already happening, by the company's own admission. Our verified customer care directory lists only contacts published by companies themselves.
Jet Fund is RBI Registered or not?
The brand is not registered. The lender behind it is.
- Jet Fund is a web-based lending brand, not a licensed entity.
- Regency Fincorp Limited is the lender of record: a BSE-listed, non-deposit-taking NBFC, CIN L67120PB1993PLC013169, incorporated 29 March 1993, publishing RBI Certificate of Registration B-06.00100.
- The link is disclosed from both sides, which matters: the NBFC's own site names JetFund and links to its application page.
- What we could not verify: Jet Fund's presence in RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory. RBI's lookup did not respond during this check, so we record it as unconfirmed rather than absent.
Being lent to by a registered NBFC does not make a loan affordable or the disclosure compliant. RBI's digital lending rules require a Key Fact Statement with an APR before you sign, and require penal charges to be reasonable and not levied as penal interest. Neither appears to be satisfied by what Jet Fund publishes.
Verify any lender yourself, in two minutes:
- Search "Regency Fincorp" in RBI's list of registered NBFCs on rbi.org.in.
- Look for the brand in RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory under Citizen's Corner.
- Demand the Key Fact Statement before signing anything. No KFS, no loan.
- Refuse any payment request that comes before disbursal, whatever it is called.
What Jet Fund says it charges
| Charge | What is published |
|---|---|
| Interest (terms) | Up to 3% per month — 36% a year |
| Interest (homepage calculator) | 0.1% – 2% per day, default 1.25% per day |
| Worked example on the site | ₹80,000 for 40 days, repay ₹1,28,000 |
| Processing fee | Up to 10% of the loan, "at loan application" |
| Penal interest | 1.5% per day on overdue amounts — about 547% a year |
| Bounce charges | ₹1,000, one time |
| Loan amount | ₹5,000 – ₹1,00,000 |
| Tenure | 40 days, 45 days, 365 days or 36 months, depending on the page |
| APR | Not published |
Work through that example, because it is the company's own. Borrow ₹80,000. Pay ₹8,000 in fees. Repay ₹1,28,000 within 40 days. You receive ₹72,000 and return ₹1,28,000 — roughly ₹56,000 in cost on a loan lasting under six weeks. Miss the date and penal interest of 1.5% a day starts on top.
No mainstream personal loan comes close to that. Our EMI calculator will show what a regulated personal loan at 12% to 24% looks like over the same borrowing need; the comparison is stark.
If you are considering this because nothing else will approve you
That is the real situation for most people who reach a payday lender, so here are better options to exhaust first:
- A bank or NBFC personal loan, even at 24%, costs a fraction of this. Compare lenders in our loan app reviews.
- A gold loan. If you have jewellery, this is usually the cheapest fast credit in India — often under 12% at a bank, disbursed the same day.
- A salary advance from your employer, which normally costs nothing.
- A credit card cash withdrawal. Expensive, around 36% to 42% a year plus a fee — and still far cheaper than 1.25% a day.
- A loan against a fixed deposit or insurance policy, if you hold either.
If you have already taken a Jet Fund loan, repay it before the due date and close it. Penal interest at 1.5% a day is what turns a manageable debt into an unpayable one.
What RBI's rules entitle you to as a borrower
If you take nothing else from this page, take the list of protections you already have. They apply to every RBI-registered lender and every app or website lending on one's behalf.
- A Key Fact Statement before signing, stating the annual percentage rate including all fees, the total amount repayable, the repayment schedule and the grievance officer's contact details.
- A cooling-off period during which you can exit the loan by repaying the principal and proportionate charges, with no penalty.
- No charges outside the Key Fact Statement. Anything not disclosed there cannot be levied.
- Penal charges rather than penal interest. Since RBI's 2023 direction, a default penalty must be a reasonable charge, not an interest rate that runs daily on your balance.
- Disbursal and repayment through your own bank account, directly between you and the regulated lender — not through an intermediary's account or a personal UPI ID.
- Limited data access: need-based, one-time collection of camera, microphone, location and KYC data. Not your contacts, gallery or messages.
- Recovery conduct limits: no calls before 8 a.m. or after 7 p.m., no threats or abuse, and no contacting people in your phonebook.
- A grievance officer, and the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in if a complaint goes unresolved for 30 days.
Hold this product against that list. A processing fee stated as payable at application, penal charges expressed as 1.5% a day, no APR published anywhere, and a nodal officer with no contact details are all departures from it. Those gaps are your evidence if you ever need to complain — and a good enough reason not to borrow in the first place.
Verdict: should you borrow from Jet Fund?
No. Not because the company is fake — the lender is a listed, registered NBFC and the affiliation is properly disclosed — but because of what it publishes about its own product: a fee due at application, two prices ten times apart, penal interest at 1.5% a day, no APR, no Key Fact Statement, and a legal library that misspells the lender's own name and lists an office that is not its registered address.
If you take nothing else from this page, take this: never pay a fee to receive a loan. A regulated lender deducts its charges from the amount it sends you. Anyone who wants money first — in this brand's name or any other — is either running a scam or running a product you cannot afford.
