Kredito24 Loan App Real or Fake? No Play App, Three NBFC Lenders

Kredito24 is real and still takes applications on its website, but it doesn't lend its own money. Tecazoid Innovations Private Limited runs it as a loan service provider, and the loans come from three NBFCs on RBI's register. Real and safe are different questions here, though. Loans last just 7 to 28 days, fees on top of interest can be steep, and there's no working Kredito24 app on Google Play.

Before you apply, find out which of the three NBFCs your offer names, and read its Key Fact Statement for the fee and APR. And if anyone sends you a "Kredito24 app" to install, stop right there. Our full Kredito24 review has the detailed scores.

Kredito24 in brief

  • Who runs it: Tecazoid Innovations Private Limited, New Delhi. Its own terms say it is not a lender.
  • Who lends: North East Hire Purchase, Asomi Finance and GSD Trading And Financial Services. RBI's NBFC register for 30 September 2026 lists all three.
  • App status: the Play listing that one lender links to returned "not found" on 30 October 2026. Apply only on kredito24.in.
  • Loans: ₹1,000 to ₹10,000 for a first loan and up to ₹40,000 later, over 7 to 28 days.
  • Cost: up to 0.2% a day in interest. On top of that, North East's policy sets a processing fee between 9.40% and 19.74%. It adds a separate service fee and caps APR at 900%.

Who runs Kredito24 and which NBFCs lend

Kredito24 is a platform, not a lender. Its terms name Tecazoid as owner of the app and the website, and say plainly that it does not provide loans. The lenders page calls Tecazoid a Lending Service Provider and says the NBFC makes every credit decision.

That page names three NBFCs:

  • North East Hire Purchase Company (India) Private Limited, a Guwahati NBFC. Its own website names Tecazoid and the Kredito24 brand as its LSP.
  • Asomi Finance Private Limited, also from Guwahati. RBI classes it as a microfinance company, and its site says Tecazoid is its only LSP.
  • GSD Trading And Financial Services Private Limited, based in Rajkot and filed under RBI's Ahmedabad office. Its page still names the old operator.

That last point needs a word. Until at least April 2026, Kredito24's site named Oneclickmoney Techplus Private Limited as the company behind it, with GSD as its only lender. Now it's Tecazoid with three lenders, though the phone numbers never changed. GSD's page simply hasn't caught up.

Is Kredito24 RBI approved? How to check the lenders

RBI doesn't register Kredito24 itself. We searched the full NBFC register for Tecazoid, Oneclickmoney and Kredito24 and found no entry, which is normal for a service provider. What counts is the lenders. Here's the routine.

  1. Open RBI's NBFC register. We used the edition for 30 September 2026, dated 15 October 2026.
  2. Find each lender. North East Hire Purchase is entry 5041 and Asomi Finance is entry 743, both under RBI's Guwahati office. GSD Trading And Financial Services is entry 2804 under Ahmedabad. None of them takes deposits.
  3. Check the CIN. RBI and North East's own site give North East's CIN as U65921AS1995PTC004580. Kredito24's page prints U64990AS1995PTC004580, which differs in the industry code. Ask the lender about it, but don't read it as proof of anything.
  4. See whether each lender names Kredito24. North East and Asomi both name Tecazoid and Kredito24 on their own LSP pages. GSD names Kredito24 too, but with the old operator.
  5. Try RBI's lending app directory. It refused connections on 30 October 2026, so we couldn't confirm Kredito24 there. Kredito24 says each NBFC has reported the app on RBI's CIMS portal. That's a filing the companies make, and we couldn't verify it.
  6. Check for RBI action. We searched all six company names. None turned up in an RBI enforcement release, a caution list, a police report or a news story.

Kredito24 itself publishes a daily rate and not much else. For fees and APR you have to read North East's policy, adopted on 15 April 2026.

Kredito24 FAQ and North East policy

Let's run a number. Take a ₹10,000 first loan for 28 days at 0.2% a day, and interest comes to ₹560. North East's lowest processing fee, 9.40%, is ₹940, and 18% GST adds about ₹169. So about ₹1,109 is taken off and roughly ₹8,891 lands in your account. Four weeks later you repay ₹10,560.

That's ₹1,669 to use about ₹8,891 for four weeks. And it's before the service fee, which starts at 8.30%. If charged on the full ₹10,000, it would add at least ₹830 plus GST.

The daily rate hides the scale. 0.2% a day works out to 73% over a year, which is also North East's stated ceiling.

Two more terms need care. To extend a loan, the FAQ says you pay 50% of the current loan amount plus charges. Yet the refund policy says extensions are given only in extraordinary cases, such as a natural disaster. GSD's own policy, meanwhile, allows penal charges of up to 2% of the loan amount per day. It also leaves its rate as a blank "Xx% per Day".

Why Kredito24 raises doubts

  • No app where you'd expect one. The FAQ still says "Download our Mobile App Kredito24", and GSD's homepage links a Play listing. That listing returned "not found" on 30 October 2026. With no archived copy, we can't say when or why it went.
  • Lookalike names. On Google Play, a developer account named "Kredito24 IN" puts out calculator apps for Filipino users, with a UK gmail contact. On Apple's side, "Kredito24: Deposit Calculator" comes from a different developer altogether. There's also a Russian Kredito24 site and a parked kredito24.com. None of them lends in India.
  • A changed operator. The company behind the site switched from Oneclickmoney Techplus to Tecazoid during 2026, and not every lender page shows it.
  • Auto-accept consent. The sign-up consent says the approved amount is credited automatically. You're treated as accepting the terms unless you send the money back that same calendar day. RBI's 2025 rules require a cooling-off period of at least one day, so read this clause slowly.
  • Loose ends. North East's address comes in three versions across four sources. The section on default loss guarantees is unfilled template text. GSD's homepage still shows "lorem ipsum" filler.
  • Wide data sharing. The privacy policy lets Kredito24 share your details with third-party advertising networks.

What's normal, then? Asking for Aadhaar, PAN and an Aadhaar-linked mobile number is standard. So is a credit report pull. The privacy policy says the app reads only transactional SMS and leaves other messages alone.

What Kredito24 borrowers say

There's no public record to read. With no Play listing, Kredito24 has no Play rating, no download count and no dated reviews as of October 2026.

Be careful with any rating you see attached to the name. The "Kredito24 IN" calculator apps on Play and the Kredito24 calculator on Apple's store are unrelated, so their stars say nothing about this lender. We also found no news report or RBI caution about Kredito24. That isn't a clean bill of health, just an empty file.

Fake Kredito24 apps and calls: what to watch for

Here's the key point for anyone sent a "Kredito24 app". As of 30 October 2026 there's no working Kredito24 app on Google Play. An APK file, or a link to some app page, can't be checked against an official listing, because none exists right now.

Why does that matter? Google Play only admits Indian personal loan apps that appear on RBI's list of digital lending apps. An APK skips that gate completely. It can also ask for your contacts, call logs and files, which RBI's 2025 rules tell lending apps to stay away from.

So what should you do?

  • Type the address yourself. Go to kredito24.in in your browser instead of tapping a link.
  • Ignore app download messages. Even the FAQ's download line is out of date.
  • Repay only from your account page. Kredito24 takes repayment by UPI or net banking through its own site. Never pay a personal UPI ID sent over chat.
  • Ask recovery callers who sent them. North East lists one collection agency, Veverita Tech Private Limited of Gurugram. Anyone else calling about a North East loan should explain who appointed them.
  • Refuse fees in advance. A genuine offer shows its fees in the KFS. Nobody real needs you to pay a fee by UPI before the loan arrives.

Something went wrong? Kredito24 contacts and escalation

  • Kredito24 helpline: +91 124 692 0540 or +91 124 692 0541, 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Email: care@kredito24.in. Complaints go to grievance@kredito24.in, though the terms give complain@kredito24.in.
  • Nodal grievance officer: Pratap Singh, +91 7428658811.
  • If North East is your lender: grievance officer Mayank Tyagi, +91 9266978181, grievance@north-east.in. The nodal officer is Swashtika P. Dutta, +91 9217373781.
  • If Asomi is your lender: grievance officer Seema Kumari, +91 8527978124, grievance@asomi.in.
  • If GSD is your lender: grievance officer Varun Sharma, +91 9033073363.

Kredito24 aims to acknowledge and resolve complaints within 30 days. After that, its disclosures page points you to RBI. Use the Integrated Ombudsman portal, cms.rbi.org.in, or RBI's 14448 line. Cheated by someone posing as Kredito24? Ring the 1930 cyber fraud helpline without delay. Our Kredito24 customer care page has the full list.

Should you borrow from Kredito24?

It may suit someone aged 22 or over, salaried or self-employed. Think of a person who needs a few thousand rupees for a couple of weeks and can repay on time. You'll need Aadhaar, PAN, an Aadhaar-linked phone and a bank account in your own name.

Look elsewhere if you'd struggle to repay the whole amount in one go within four weeks. The same applies if you want an app with public reviews, or if the auto-accept clause worries you. A late month can get expensive fast here.

For small sums, compare mPokket and Pocketly, which both come as Google Play apps. Stashfin gives far more time to repay than 7 to 28 days. More options sit on our reviews page.

FAQs about Kredito24

Is Kredito24 real or fake?

Kredito24 is real. Its website takes applications, and all three of its lenders name it on their own sites, though GSD still lists the old operator. It isn't a lender itself: Tecazoid Innovations runs it as a service provider. The concerns are cost, very short tenures, an auto-accept consent clause and the missing Play app, not fraud.

Is Kredito24 RBI registered?

Kredito24 isn't, because it doesn't lend. Its three lenders are. In RBI's NBFC register for 30 September 2026, North East Hire Purchase is entry 5041 and Asomi Finance is entry 743. GSD Trading And Financial Services sits at entry 2804. Check which one your offer names. RBI's lending app directory wouldn't load for us on 30 October 2026.

How much does a Kredito24 loan cost?

Interest is up to 0.2% a day. North East, the first lender Kredito24 names, can then charge a processing fee of at least 9.40%. Its service fee starts at 8.30%, and GST is added on fees. Its policy allows an APR as high as 900%. On a ₹10,000 loan for 28 days, you could get about ₹8,891 and repay ₹10,560.

What is the Kredito24 customer care number?

Call +91 124 692 0540, or the second line ending 0541, between 9 am and 6 pm on weekdays. The support email is care@kredito24.in and complaints go to grievance@kredito24.in. Pratap Singh handles escalations as nodal grievance officer, on +91 7428658811. Your lender also has its own grievance officer, listed on our care page.

Is there a Kredito24 app on Google Play?

Not as of 30 October 2026. One lender's homepage links a Kredito24 listing on Play, but that page returned "not found". The "Kredito24 IN" apps on Play are calculators for Filipino users, and the Apple store's Kredito24 app is a deposit calculator. Neither lends. Use the kredito24.in website directly if you apply.

Should I install a Kredito24 APK someone sent me?

No. There's no official Kredito24 app to compare it with, so you can't tell a genuine file from a fake one. An APK skips Google Play's checks, including its rule that Indian loan apps must be on RBI's digital lending list. It may also ask for contacts and files. Delete it and apply, if at all, on the website.

Can I repay a Kredito24 loan early or extend it?

Early repayment is fine. The FAQ allows it, and North East's policy rules out a prepayment charge. Extensions are less clear. The FAQ says you can extend by paying 50% of the current loan amount plus charges. The refund policy says extensions are given only in extraordinary cases. Ask support in writing before you count on one.

What should I do about harassing Kredito24 recovery calls?

Ask the caller for their company name and who appointed them. North East's only listed collection agency is Veverita Tech Private Limited of Gurugram. Log each call, then email grievance@kredito24.in and your lender's grievance officer. If 30 days pass without a fix, go to the RBI Integrated Ombudsman. Report threats or fraud to the police or 1930.
