AbhiCash Loan App Real or Fake? What We Found About Abhi Cash
By Ramesh Kulkarni · Content Writer Edited by BankCreds Content & SEO Team Updated 30 October 2026 Reviewed by BankCreds Financial Experts AbhiCash is a real app. The lender behind it, C.N.M.P. Investments Private Limited, is a New Delhi NBFC on RBI's register, and it lists Abhi Cash as a sourcing partner. That makes it legitimate, but not automatically safe. The app is tiny, and its own pages disagree on amounts, rates and even which app to download.
The check that matters most is simple. Install only the Play Store app named com.abhicash.abhicashapp. Then make sure your Key Fact Statement shows C.N.M.P. Investments as the lender. The website's own download link points to an older app that Google Play no longer shows. All details here are as of October 2026.
AbhiCash at a glance
- AbhiCash is run by Abhicash Infotech Private Limited, a Noida company that says it only connects borrowers with lenders.
- The lender is C.N.M.P. Investments Private Limited, at serial 1328 in the NBFC register RBI dated 30 September 2026.
- The NBFC's own website shows Abhi Cash as a sourcing partner app, which ties the two together.
- Costs run higher than the "0% to 36%" headline, because interest is flat and a fee comes off first.
- Reviews are few, just 49 on Play. They split between quick approvals and complaints about fees, delays and calls to references.
Who is behind AbhiCash, and whose money you borrow
Two companies are involved. The app and website belong to Abhicash Infotech Private Limited. Its terms say it "acts solely as a facilitator" and is "not involved in lending or borrowing activities".
C.N.M.P. Investments Private Limited provides the money. The Play listing and the website FAQ both name it as the partner NBFC. Its own website lists Abhi Cash, and a sister app called Abhi Money, under "Our Sourcing Partner". That site gives an incorporation date of 4 July 1983.
The two companies sit very close together. C.N.M.P.'s corporate office is the same Sector 62, Noida address that AbhiCash uses. Its first-level care email is on the abhicash.in domain. Google Play even shows the developer as "CNMP Investment Pvt. Ltd.", while the "About the developer" box names Abhicash Infotech.
Close ties are not wrong in themselves. But they make the app and the lender hard to tell apart when you need to complain.
Is Abhi Cash RBI registered? Our checks, step by step
The app company is a facilitator, not a lender, so the name to look for is the NBFC's. Here is the route we took on 30 October 2026. You can follow it too:
- Note the lender's exact name. Play and the website both say C.N.M.P. Investments Private Limited.
- Open RBI's NBFC list. It is a PDF, and the latest one is dated as on 30 September 2026. Search for "C.N.M.P." with the dots, since that is how the name is printed.
- Read the row. It shows serial 1328, New Delhi regional office and no public deposits. The type is ICC, which means investment and credit company. The CIN, U74899DL1983PTC016061, matches the lender's website.
- Search RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory for AbhiCash. It would not open for us, so this step is still to be done. Do it before you share documents.
- Check the lender's site for the app's name. C.N.M.P.'s site lists Abhi Cash as a sourcing partner. That is the link you want to see.
We could not open RBI's list of cancelled registrations. We also found no RBI caution or press release naming C.N.M.P. or AbhiCash. For a method that works on any lending app, keep this RBI checklist handy.
AbhiCash charges: the published numbers
The Play listing and the website quote different terms. Here is each one, as published.
Term | What AbhiCash says | Published on |
|---|---|---|
Amount | ₹5,000 to ₹2 lakh | Play listing |
Amount | ₹5,000 to ₹50,000; product cards claim up to ₹5 lakh and ₹10 lakh | Website FAQ and home page |
Tenure | 62 to 365 days (website: up to 1 year) | Play listing |
Interest | 0% to 36% | Play listing |
Interest | 14% to 36% a year (1.16% to 3% a month) | Website FAQ |
APR | 0% to 36% | Play listing |
Processing fee | ₹500 to ₹11,918, by amount and tenure | Play listing |
Late payment | Up to 8.33% a month, at least ₹500 plus GST | Play listing |
Bounce | ₹500 plus GST; ₹250 plus GST for a rejected mandate | Play listing |
Prepayment | None; no penalty during the 3-day cooling-off | Play listing and refund page |
The Play listing works one example through. Take ₹15,000 over 3 months, with flat interest at 36% a year. The ₹826 fee, GST included, goes first, so your bank gets ₹14,174. You then pay three EMIs of ₹5,450, or ₹16,350 in all.
That is ₹2,176 to use roughly ₹14,174 for three months. Flat interest is worked out on the full ₹15,000 for the whole term, even as you pay it down. Add the fee, and the true yearly cost runs well past the 36% headline.
Late fees are steep too. As much as 8.33% a month can turn a small missed EMI into a big one. We would read the "0%" at the low end as boilerplate, not a rate to expect.
Why AbhiCash can look like a fake app
Several things about AbhiCash would make anyone pause. Here is what we found:
- The download link is dead. AbhiCash's site, the lender's site and a pop-up all point to com.abhicash.abhicash. On 30 October 2026, Google Play said "Not found" for it. The live app is com.abhicash.abhicashapp, and gaps like this are where fake APKs get passed around.
- Amounts that don't agree. ₹50,000 in the FAQ and pop-up, ₹2 lakh on Play, and up to ₹10 lakh on a product card.
- A data form that says nothing. On Play, the data safety box declares no collection and no sharing at all. Yet the description itself mentions reading SMS, device details, location and the camera.
- Contacts in the privacy policy. The policy lists contacts access, installed apps and IMEI. RBI's Digital Lending Directions, 2025, tell lending apps to keep away from contact lists.
- Claims we couldn't confirm. The site says it holds ISO 27001:2022 certification. The lender's site mentions an iOS app, but we found none on the Indian App Store.
- Scattered contacts. Different phone numbers and emails appear on the app's site, its terms, the lender's site and Play.
Some things are perfectly normal. An app company working with an NBFC is standard, and so is a fee deducted before payout. Lenders also ask for a salary account statement and a KYC selfie.
None of this proves AbhiCash is fake. The lender is real and names the app. But a dead official link and a policy that reaches for your contacts are reasons to slow down.
What AbhiCash users report on Google Play
When we looked on 30 October 2026, AbhiCash had 3.6 stars from just 49 reviews and 5K+ downloads. It was last updated on 22 July 2026. With so few reviews, a handful of posts can swing the score.
We read the 26 newest reviews, from 30 July to 28 October 2026. They split 11 five-star, 3 four-star, 1 three-star and 11 one-star. Many five-stars were one or two words, like "good" or "nice", and one five-star post was really a complaint. We saw no copy-paste bursts, just low-effort praise.
The one-star reviews raise these points:
- Calls to reference numbers and blackmail with a photo, in a 26 September 2026 review. That is one person's claim, but it fits the contacts clause in the privacy policy.
- Upfront processing fees that felt too high on every application.
- An application still "under process" after 10 days, and others who never got a loan at all.
- No NOC after paying the amount in a payment link.
- No answer from customer care.
A 12 September 2026 review pasted a message saying loans were open "only for existing customers". We couldn't confirm whether that still applies. On the plus side, a 6 August 2026 reviewer called the process simple and approval quick. A 4 October review said the app is good, but the interest is high.
Fake Abhi Cash apps, agents and calls: warning signs
- Get the package name right. The live app is com.abhicash.abhicashapp. Since the official site links to a dead page, people may search for an APK instead. Don't.
- Know the family. AbhiMoney is a sister app from the same LSP and NBFC. Abhi Loans is a different, unrelated platform. Anyone calling about an "Abhi" loan should say which one and quote your loan number.
- No fee before payout. AbhiCash takes its fee out of the loan. A request to pay a "processing" or "file" charge first is a scam sign.
- Pay through the app. It offers UPI, net banking, debit card and auto-debit. Don't pay a personal UPI ID someone sends you on WhatsApp.
- Refuse contact access. RBI's rules tell lending apps not to touch your contact list. If the app asks, say no.
Problems with an AbhiCash loan? Who to contact
Start with the app, then move to the lender, then RBI. Save every screenshot and email along the way.
- AbhiCash support. Call 9999966040 from 10 AM to 7 PM, six days a week (closed Sundays), or email support@abhicash.in. The site footer also gives WhatsApp 8130556640.
- Grievance officer at the lender. Komal Bisht, C.N.M.P. Investments, +91 81305 93366, gro@cnmp.in. The lender's Fair Practices Code names Siddharth Muradhiya as nodal officer on the same number, at pno@cnmp.in.
- RBI. C.N.M.P.'s own grievance document says you may go to RBI if a complaint isn't solved within 30 days. File at cms.rbi.org.in, or ring 14448 for help.
- Cybercrime. For threats, blackmail or money lost to a fake app, call 1930 straight away and report it to the police.
AbhiCash's own grievance policy names no officer at all, which is why the lender's contacts matter here. You'll find every number in one place on our AbhiCash customer care page.
Who should use AbhiCash, and who shouldn't
AbhiCash may fit a salaried borrower, 21 or older, with a take-home of at least ₹15,000 a month. It suits a small, short need you can repay on schedule. Borrow the least you can, refuse contact access and read the Key Fact Statement before you sign.
Skip it if you're self-employed, since Play says salaried only. Skip it too if a monthly late fee of 8.33% would sink you. And if you want a lender with a long track record, this isn't it. For similar amounts, regulated apps such as Stashfin, Kissht and SmartCoin are worth a look. Our ratings, and the detail behind them, are in our full AbhiCash review.
Frequently asked questions
Is AbhiCash real or fake?
AbhiCash is real. The app belongs to Abhicash Infotech Private Limited, while C.N.M.P. Investments Private Limited, an NBFC on RBI's register, puts up the money and lists Abhi Cash on its website. So it is no fake lender. But it is small, its pages disagree, and its site links to an app Google Play no longer shows.
Is Abhi Cash RBI registered?
The lender is. C.N.M.P. Investments Private Limited sits at serial 1328 in the RBI register for September 2026, under the New Delhi office. The app company is a facilitator, so you won't find it on that list. RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory would not load for us, so check the app's listing there yourself.
What does an AbhiCash loan really cost?
More than the headline. Play quotes interest and APR of 0% to 36%, but interest is flat and the fee comes off first. In AbhiCash's own example, ₹15,000 for 3 months puts ₹14,174 in your account and costs ₹2,176 in all. Paying late can cost as much as 8.33% a month, and never less than ₹500 plus GST.
What is the AbhiCash customer care number?
AbhiCash's support page gives 9999966040 and support@abhicash.in, with calls taken from 10 AM to 7 PM except on Sundays. The footer lists WhatsApp 8130556640. For a formal complaint, reach Komal Bisht, who handles grievances for C.N.M.P., on +91 81305 93366 or gro@cnmp.in. These come from the companies' own pages as of October 2026.
What if AbhiCash agents call my references or threaten me?
Note the times, save any recordings and complain to gro@cnmp.in the same day. One reviewer alleges calls to references and blackmail with a photo. RBI's rules tell lending apps to keep away from contact lists, so refuse that permission. Threats to share your photos are a crime: report them on 1930 and at a police station. After 30 days, escalate to cms.rbi.org.in.
How do I close an AbhiCash loan and get my NOC?
Pay the full amount through the app, by UPI, net banking, debit card or auto-debit. Play says there are no prepayment charges, and the website mentions a 3-day cooling-off period with no penalty. Then ask support@abhicash.in for a no objection certificate in writing. One reviewer says they paid but got no NOC, so keep your payment proof.
Why does the AbhiCash website link to an app that is not found?
AbhiCash's site and the lender's site still link to an older package, com.abhicash.abhicash, which Google Play shows as "Not found". The live app is com.abhicash.abhicashapp, listed under C.N.M.P.'s name. Install only that one from Google Play, and ignore any APK file offered as a fix for the broken link.
Is AbhiCash the same as AbhiMoney or Abhi Loans?
AbhiMoney is a sister app. It comes from the same app company and the same lender, C.N.M.P. Investments. Abhi Loans is a separate, unrelated platform. If someone contacts you about an "Abhi" loan, ask which app and which lender. Get your loan number from them before you share anything.
