Capri Global Housing Finance home loan interest rates: what borrowers actually paid
Rates Capri actually charged (April – June 2026)
| Portfolio | Minimum | Weighted average | Mean | Maximum |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Individual home loans | 10.50% | 11.97% | 12.41% | 21.25% |
Capri also states an indicative ceiling of up to 24% across home loans, top-ups and home-equity loans.
What Capri Global Housing Finance’s disclosed interest rates tell you
Capri Global Housing Finance disclosed the highest top rate on actual home loans of any lender we track: loans issued between April and June 2026 ran from 10.50% up to 21.25%. The weighted average, 11.97%, is below the simple mean of 12.41%, which tells you larger loans were priced lower than smaller ones. Capri also states an indicative ceiling of 24%. At these levels a salaried borrower with documented income and a good score should expect to do better at a bank; for anyone else, a clean repayment record here is a route to refinancing.
On its lowest disclosed rate, Capri Global Housing Finance would rank 43rd of the 48 lenders we track — though that compares a rate it actually charged with other lenders’ advertised floors, so read it loosely. Capri Global Housing Finance doesn’t price off the RBI repo rate directly: its rates move with its own Reference rate, so a repo cut reaches its borrowers only if Capri Global Housing Finance chooses to pass it on. For scale, its lowest disclosed rate is 5.25 points above the repo rate of 5.25%. Paying the mean rate of 12.41% rather than the lowest, 10.50%, adds ₹2,628 a month to a ₹20 lakh, 20-year loan.

What to expect when you apply to Capri Global Housing Finance
- For a large loan, Capri’s weighted average of 11.97% is the more useful figure; its simple mean of 12.41% is closer to what a small-ticket borrower should expect.
- Plan around the mean, not the minimum. The minimum was earned by the strongest files the lender saw that period; the mean is a far better guide to an ordinary one.
- Read the sanction letter for the benchmark, the spread and how often the rate resets. Those three lines decide your EMI for the life of the loan far more than the day-one rate does.
