Money Finserve Loan App Real or Fake? No App, Real NBFC Lender
By Anjali Bhargawa · Content Writer Edited by BankCreds Content & SEO Team Updated 30 October 2026 Reviewed by BankCreds Financial Experts Money Finserve is a real loan brand. Its loans come from Gopi Securities Private Limited, an NBFC on RBI's register. It's also web-only. There's no Money Finserve app on Google Play or anywhere else, so any "Money Finserve app" you're sent is not from this lender.
Is it safe? The lender checks out, and the price is published: a fixed 35% a year plus a 2% fee. But the paperwork has gaps. The lender's own list of lending apps names only its sister brand, SalariedLoan, and the terms read like a copied template. One more thing: Money Finserv, spelt without the final e, is an unrelated site in Roorkee. For our scores, see our full Money Finserve review.
Money Finserve: the quick answer
- Real? Yes. Its about page calls it "a loan brand of GOPI SECURITIES PRIVATE LIMITED", and that company lends directly.
- RBI registered? Gopi Securities is entry 2729 in RBI's NBFC list for 30 September 2026, under the New Delhi office.
- App? None. Money Finserve works only on its website, moneyfinserve.com.
- Cost: a fixed 35% a year, with 2% taken as a processing fee and GST at 18% on that fee. Loans run ₹10,000 to ₹5,00,000 over 61 days to 12 months.
- Name trap: Money Finserv (no final e) is a separate site that names no lender at all.
Who's behind Money Finserve
Money Finserve is a trading name. The lender is Gopi Securities Private Limited, and the about page says so plainly. Gopi Securities' own website lists MoneyFinserve under "Our brands" and links back to it. That two-way link is a good sign.
There's a sister brand, SalariedLoan, with the same lender and much of the same site. Money Finserve says no outside loan service provider and no external recovery agency are involved. Loans are paid out from, and repaid to, the lender's own bank account.
A few loose ends are worth knowing:
- Gopi Securities' site says it was "established in 2024". Yet its company number in RBI's list points to a 1994 registration in Delhi.
- That corporate site still carries template filler, such as "$7 / month" price plans and stock testimonials.
- The offices don't match. Money Finserve lists a Faridabad office on Mathura Road, and its privacy policy gives another Faridabad address. RBI's register shows West Patel Nagar, New Delhi.
Checking Money Finserve with RBI, step by step
Want to confirm the lender yourself? Here's the route we took on 30 October 2026.
- Get the lender's name. It's Gopi Securities Private Limited, from the about page and the footer.
- Open RBI's NBFC list. RBI's October 2026 edition covers firms registered on 30 September 2026. Gopi Securities is entry 2729, filed under New Delhi. It takes no public deposits.
- Match the CIN. RBI shows U74899DL1994PTC062391. Compare that number with any loan papers you receive.
- Note what can't be matched. Money Finserve quotes an RBI registration number, B14.02492. RBI's list doesn't print these numbers, so we couldn't tie it to the entry.
- Check which apps the lender declares. Gopi Securities' disclosure page, last reviewed 21 August 2026, names only SalariedLoan as its digital lending application. Money Finserve isn't on it, though it appears on the company's brand page. Ask the lender about this before you borrow.
- Try RBI's directory of lending apps. It refused our connection on 30 October 2026. If it loads for you, search for both brand names.
Our searches found no RBI alert, Sachet warning or police case naming Money Finserve or Gopi Securities. News sites were silent on both too.
The price of a Money Finserve loan
Unlike many small lenders, Money Finserve prints its price. Here's what it showed as of October 2026.
Term | Published figure | Where it's published |
|---|---|---|
Loan amount | ₹10,000 to ₹5,00,000 | Apply page and home page |
Tenure | 61 days to 12 months | Apply page |
Interest | 35% a year, fixed (2.9166% a month) | Apply page |
Processing fee | 2% of the loan, plus 18% GST on the fee | Apply page and disclosures |
Late fees | ₹750 to ₹3,000 on loans up to ₹1,00,000, then 2% penal interest after a month | Terms and conditions |
Prepayment | No charge, but interest for the first 3 EMIs is due if fewer than 3 are paid | Terms and conditions |
APR | Labelled 35%, though the fee is extra | Apply page |
Money Finserve's own example is ₹50,000 for 12 months. The fee is ₹1,000 plus ₹180 GST, so ₹48,820 reaches your account. You then pay 12 EMIs of ₹4,998, or ₹59,978 in total. Put simply, you hand back ₹11,158 more than you received.
The site calls 35% the APR. It isn't quite. 35% is the interest rate behind that EMI, and the fee sits on top. Our own sum puts the true yearly cost of that example at about 39.8%. Money Finserve says you'll get a Key Fact Statement with the real APR before you sign.
Miss a payment and the fees climb quickly. On a loan of up to ₹1,00,000, it's ₹750 after a week, ₹1,500 after two, ₹2,250 after three and ₹3,000 after four. Larger loans pay more. Past a month, the terms add 2% penal interest on the overdue amount.
That clause clashes with RBI's August 2023 rule, which says penalties must not be added as penal interest on top of the rate. Money Finserve's own disclosures page says it doesn't capitalise penal charges as interest, so its terms contradict its disclosures. The terms also list ₹300 fees for a recovery visit, tracing and a changed repayment date. Cancelling a loan yourself costs ₹1,000.
Why Money Finserve can look fake
- There's no app. Many borrowers assume a lender without an app isn't real. That's wrong here, but it does mean anything sold as the Money Finserve app is unofficial.
- The name is easy to mix up. Money Finserv, with no final e, is a site in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. It lists personal and business loans and cards, gives the number +91 9760597057 and names no lender. MFinserve on Google Play is a mutual fund app. And neither is Bajaj Finserv.
- Template terms. The terms look borrowed from a peer-to-peer lending site. They mention lenders' MONEYFINSERVE accounts, escrow and a co-signor the lender may ask for. They also call Gopi Securities "a fintech company" working with an NBFC, while other pages say it is the NBFC.
- Clashing age rules. The apply page says you must be over 21, but the terms accept anyone 18 or older.
- Broad privacy terms. The privacy policy allows location tracking until you finish repaying. It also permits sharing with tech, analytics and WhatsApp messaging providers.
What's normal? Asking for salary slips, bank statements, PAN and Aadhaar is standard. So are DigiLocker KYC and a line saying approval isn't guaranteed. Money Finserve even warns users never to pay someone who promises guaranteed approval, which is a good sign.
What borrowers say about Money Finserve
Honestly, there's nothing to report. With no Play listing, there are no store ratings or dated reviews. The website shows no customer reviews either, and we found no complaints on record. That isn't proof of good service. It only means the public record is empty as of October 2026.
See a star rating or download count for a "Money Finserve app" somewhere? Treat it as unverified. It can't belong to this lender.
Fake Money Finserve apps, agents and calls
Here's the plain rule: Money Finserve has no mobile app. We searched Google Play under every spelling of the name, plus Gopi Securities and SalariedLoan, and found nothing. So an APK, a Play link or a "download our app" message using the Money Finserve name didn't come from this lender.
Why is an unknown APK so risky? It hasn't passed any store review, and it can ask to read your contacts, gallery and SMS. Fake loan apps use that access to pressure borrowers and their families.
Other red flags:
- Money before approval. Money Finserve says there are no upfront fees or charges. Its fee is deducted from the loan itself.
- Payment to a person. Disbursal and repayment run directly between you and the lender's bank account. A personal UPI ID is a red flag.
- The wrong web address. The genuine site is moneyfinserve.com. Moneyfinserv.com, without the e, is the unrelated Roorkee site.
- Pressure to sign today. A real offer comes with a KFS showing the APR, all charges, the net payout and the repayment schedule.
When a Money Finserve loan goes wrong
- Customer care: +91 9717037405, care@moneyfinserve.com (contact page and FAQ). No support hours are published.
- Grievance officer: Tasleem Saifi, Nodal Grievance Redressal Officer, +91-9650299109, grievance@gopisecurities.com.
- Lender's own lines: Gopi Securities' website gives +91 8800978013 and info@gopisecurities.com.
- Prepayment requests: email care@moneyfinserve.com.
The grievance page promises a reply within 7 working days. If your complaint isn't settled within one month, it says you may approach the RBI Ombudsman. You file that at cms.rbi.org.in, and RBI's contact centre number, 14448, is on the disclosures page too. Someone posing as Money Finserve took your money? Ring 1930 and report it. Our Money Finserve customer care page lists every contact.
Is Money Finserve a good choice?
It could fit a salaried person earning over ₹25,000 a month, with a fair CIBIL score and a savings account. It also suits someone who wants the price upfront, since the rate and fee are published. Bear in mind that it lends only in some localities, and the offer may be lower than you asked for.
Look elsewhere if you're self-employed, since it lends to salaried people only. The same goes if you want an app with a public review record, or if the template terms bother you.
For comparison, try our reviews of Fibe, Moneyview and KreditBee. All three are app-based lenders with public reviews you can read. Browse more on our loan app reviews page.
Frequently asked questions on Money Finserve
Is Money Finserve real or fake?
Money Finserve is real. Gopi Securities Private Limited owns the brand and lends the money itself. Its corporate site shows MoneyFinserve in its brand list. We found no RBI alert, police case or news report against either name. The concerns are paperwork gaps, such as template terms and an app disclosure that skips the brand.
Is Money Finserve registered with RBI?
Its lender is. Gopi Securities Private Limited is entry 2729 in RBI's NBFC list for 30 September 2026, under the New Delhi office, with CIN U74899DL1994PTC062391. Money Finserve itself is a brand, so it has no separate registration. RBI's lending app directory wouldn't open for us, and the lender's own disclosure names only SalariedLoan as its app.
How much does a Money Finserve loan cost?
The published price is 35% a year, fixed. A 2% processing fee is deducted, and GST at 18% applies to that fee. On its own example of ₹50,000 for 12 months, ₹48,820 reaches you and you repay ₹59,978 through EMIs of ₹4,998. Late fees start at ₹750 after a week on smaller loans. The KFS shows your exact APR.
What is the Money Finserve customer care number?
The number on Money Finserve's contact page and FAQ is +91 9717037405, and the email is care@moneyfinserve.com. For complaints, the grievance officer is Tasleem Saifi on +91-9650299109 or grievance@gopisecurities.com. The lender's own site also lists +91 8800978013. No support hours are published, so email first and keep a record of what you send.
Does Money Finserve have a mobile app?
No. Money Finserve is web-only, and we found no app under its name, Gopi Securities or SalariedLoan on Google Play. If someone sends you a Money Finserve APK or app link, don't install it. Use the website directly by typing moneyfinserve.com yourself, and never enter your KYC details into an app you can't trace to the lender.
Is Money Finserve the same as Money Finserv?
No. Money Finserve, with a final e, is Gopi Securities' brand at moneyfinserve.com. Money Finserv, without the e, is a separate site based in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, with the number +91 9760597057 and no named lender. Neither is linked to Bajaj Finserv. Check the spelling of the site and the lender's name on your offer letter.
Can I prepay or cancel a Money Finserve loan?
You can prepay by emailing care@moneyfinserve.com. The terms say there's no prepayment charge, but if you've paid fewer than 3 EMIs, you still owe the interest for the first 3. Cancelling a loan yourself carries a ₹1,000 charge under the terms. Ask for the full closing figure in writing, and keep the no-dues letter.
What if a Money Finserve recovery agent harasses me?
Money Finserve says no external recovery agency is empanelled, so ask any agent who they work for and get it in writing. Record each call, then email grievance@gopisecurities.com. If there's no fix within a month, complain to the RBI Ombudsman. If someone pressures you to pay a personal account, stop and call 1930.
