Yes, NoBroker InstaCash is real. The money is lent by Credit Saison India and Respo Financial Capital, and both are NBFCs on RBI's register. NoBroker only arranges the loan, and it says so on its own pages.

Is it safe? The lenders are regulated, which is the test that matters most. The weak spot is the price, because NoBroker's numbers change from page to page. So read the lender's Key Fact Statement (KFS) before you sign anything. We made every check below on 4 November 2026.

NoBroker InstaCash at a glance

  • A real company, but not the lender: NoBroker Technologies Solutions Private Limited runs InstaCash as a lending service provider.
  • Who lends: Credit Saison India, whose legal name is Kisetsu Saison Finance, and Respo. Each is a registered NBFC, and each names NoBroker on its own site.
  • Where you find it: inside the main NoBroker app and website, and in a separate Play app called InstaCash Loan App by NoBroker.
  • Price: from 12.99% a year by NoBroker's headline, up to 30% by its FAQ, plus a fee of 2% to 4%. Only your KFS gives the final figure.
  • Watch out for: a Play rating padded by look-alike reviews, and early-closure promises that don't match the lender's sample KFS.

Who runs InstaCash, and whose money you borrow

InstaCash belongs to NoBroker Technologies Solutions Private Limited, the company behind the NoBroker rent and property app. Its loan privacy policy, last updated on 10 June 2026, calls NoBroker a lending service provider. The FAQ is even plainer. NoBroker is not the lender, and the lender's name goes in your loan agreement.

That policy names two lending partners:

  • Kisetsu Saison Finance (India) Private Limited, which trades as Credit Saison India
  • Respo Financial Capital Private Limited

Both lenders back this up on their own websites. Credit Saison's partner page lists NoBroker for marketing, finding customers, starting loans, KYC help and support. Respo's list of lending service providers has NoBroker in row 8. Both point to the main NoBroker app rather than the separate InstaCash app.

There's a wrinkle. The code behind the InstaCash web page also carries names like Tata Capital, Aditya Birla Capital, Fibe, LiquiLoans, Kissht and Zype. We checked the ones we could. Tata Capital's partner list of 30 September 2026 leaves NoBroker out, and so does Aditya Birla Capital's live page. Treat any lender other than the two above as unconfirmed until you've checked it.

Is NoBroker InstaCash RBI registered? Checks you can repeat

RBI registers lenders, not loan apps. So the real question is simple. Is the lender on your offer registered, and does it admit working with NoBroker? Here's how we checked. For a fuller walk-through, see our step-by-step guide to vetting loan apps.

  1. Note the lender's legal name. You'll see it on the offer screen and in the KFS. NoBroker is the platform, not the lender.
  2. Open the NBFC register on RBI's website. Ours was the edition covering lenders at September 30, 2026, issued on 15 October 2026. RBI's site didn't respond, so we read an archived copy of that file.
  3. Search for the name. Kisetsu Saison Finance is serial 3773 under Bengaluru. Respo Financial Capital is serial 6062 under Mumbai. Neither takes public deposits.
  4. Search for NoBroker too. It isn't on the list. That's expected, because NoBroker says it only arranges loans.
  5. Check the lender's own partner page. Credit Saison and Respo both name NoBroker. If your offer shows another lender, look for NoBroker on that lender's site first.
  6. Look up the app in RBI's directory of digital lending apps. That page timed out each time we tried, so this check is still open. Try it yourself, and use RBI's Sachet portal for any lender you're unsure about.

NoBroker InstaCash interest rate, fees and a worked example

NoBroker's loan terms sit in three places, and the figures differ. Here's what each one said as of November 2026.

InstaCash FAQ and lender KFS

NoBroker's worked example is a ₹1,00,000 loan for 24 months at 18%. The fee is ₹1,500 plus ₹270 GST, so you'd receive ₹98,230. The EMI is ₹4,992, and total interest comes to about ₹19,817. In all, you'd repay roughly ₹1,19,817.

One catch. NoBroker calls that 18% an APR, but it leaves the fee out. With the fee counted, the yearly cost is closer to 19.85%.

The lender samples NoBroker links tell you more. Credit Saison's sample KFS shows ₹5,00,000 over 36 months at 14.49%, with an APR of 17.90%. It lists a late charge of 3% a month on the overdue amount and a 2% charge for closing early. Respo's sample is a ₹5,000 loan for 12 months at 30%, with an APR of 44.67%.

So small loans can cost far more than the 12.99% headline suggests. Always compare APRs, not headline rates.

Why some borrowers doubt NoBroker InstaCash

Most doubts come from mixed signals, not from a missing lender. Here's what we found, and what's actually normal.

  • Prices that shift. The headline says 12.99%, the FAQ says 10.99% to 30%, and Play says 12.99% to 29.99%. The page's own description still mentions a 5 lakh limit while the page offers 10 lakh.
  • A free early exit that isn't always free. The landing page says you can repay in full at no extra cost, with terms applying. Credit Saison's sample KFS charges 2% for that and doesn't allow part payments.
  • Lenders that don't confirm. The app code names lenders such as Tata Capital whose own partner lists leave NoBroker out.
  • A data slip. One "sample" KFS that NoBroker links for comparing lenders looks like a real person's filled loan papers, with personal details showing. We didn't copy any of it. It points to careless document handling, not fraud.
  • Mixed messages on data. Google Play's data form for the app claims nothing goes to other companies. Yet the loan privacy policy lists lenders, KYC firms and Razorpay as partners it may share data with.

Some things that worry people are normal. NoBroker isn't on RBI's NBFC list, but a platform that only arranges loans doesn't need to be. A credit check when you accept an offer is normal too, and the app warns that it might affect your score.

NoBroker InstaCash reviews: what the Play Store really shows

The standalone app, InstaCash Loan App by NoBroker, had 4.4 stars from 1,094 ratings and 1L+ downloads when we looked. It was last updated on 28 October 2026. That rating deserves a closer look.

We read the 520 newest reviews, dated 30 June to 23 October 2026. On 17 October alone, 85 reviews appeared. Of those, 81 were five-star, and nearly all were five words or fewer. Many praised home loans, balance transfers and mortgages, none of which the InstaCash listing mentions.

Other patterns look staged too. Several one-star ratings carry praise such as "Amazing app". Many July and August reviews repeat the same Hinglish lines almost word for word. NoBroker didn't reply to any of the 520.

The complaints that read as genuine are short but specific. One user said the app wouldn't accept their PAN number. Another said they were rejected with a CIBIL score of 747. Others mention login problems or worry about data collection, and a few call it fake.

The main NoBroker app, where InstaCash also sits, shows 4.7 stars from over five lakh ratings. Most of those reviews are about renting homes, not loans. So neither rating tells you much about InstaCash itself.

Fake InstaCash offers, agents and apps: warning signs

NoBroker is a big brand, so its name is easy to borrow. These checks help you avoid a copycat.

  • Install only InstaCash Loan App by NoBroker or the main NoBroker app from Google Play. Check that the developer reads NoBroker Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd.
  • Skip any APK link that arrives on WhatsApp or by text, even if it carries the InstaCash name.
  • In NoBroker's own example, the fee comes out of the loan amount. Anyone asking you to pay a fee first, to a personal UPI ID, isn't following that process.
  • The lender should be Credit Saison India or Respo Financial Capital, or another NBFC that names NoBroker on its own site.
  • Real EMIs leave your bank account by e-mandate. Don't send EMIs to a person's account.
  • Never share an OTP, your UPI PIN or screen access with a caller offering a "pre-approved" InstaCash limit.

Something went wrong? Who to contact, step by step

  1. NoBroker support. Ring 9241700000 any day of the week between 10 AM and 7 PM. You can also write to support@nobroker.in. NoBroker says it tries to reply within 72 hours.
  2. The loan grievance officer. Write to Kshetragya Nath Singh, Legal Head, at legal@nobroker.in. The policy allows one month for a reply. Our NoBroker InstaCash customer care page lists every number we found.
  3. Your lender. Credit Saison India's customer care is 1800-1038-961, and its grievance email is grievance@creditsaison-in.com. Respo's support line is 022-28256467, and its nodal officer's email is nodal@respo.co.in.
  4. RBI Ombudsman. Still stuck after 30 days? Raise it on RBI's complaint site, cms.rbi.org.in, or ring 14448.
  5. Scams. Lost money to a fake agent, or found your details misused? Ring the cybercrime helpline, 1930, without delay.

The phone numbers don't all match. NoBroker's grievance officer is listed with 9241700000 on its own policy, 80699 92550 on Credit Saison's page and 9821729046 on Respo's list. Use email where you can, so you keep a record.

Is NoBroker InstaCash a good choice for you?

It can be, if you fit the profile. NoBroker wants borrowers between 21 and 65, salaried or self-employed, whose CIBIL score is over 700. It also suits someone who'll draw only what they need, since interest runs only on the amount withdrawn.

Look elsewhere if your credit score is low or new. The same goes if you want a fixed price before sharing your data, or if you might repay early.

Before you accept, compare the offer with a quote from a lender that publishes its own terms. Regulated options with a similar loan size include Money View, KreditBee and Navi. Frequently asked questions

Is NoBroker InstaCash real or fake?

It's real. InstaCash is run by NoBroker Technologies Solutions Private Limited, the company behind the NoBroker property app. Loans come from Credit Saison India and Respo Financial Capital, two NBFCs on RBI's register. Both lenders name NoBroker on their own websites. Its Play reviews look padded, though, so judge it by the lender's KFS rather than the star rating.

Is NoBroker InstaCash RBI registered, and who is the lender?

NoBroker isn't registered with RBI as a lender, and it doesn't need to be just to arrange loans. The lenders are. Kisetsu Saison Finance, which trades as Credit Saison India, is serial 3773 in RBI's register dated September 30, 2026. Respo Financial Capital is serial 6062. Your KFS shows which one is lending to you.

What is the real cost of a NoBroker InstaCash loan?

The headline rate is 12.99% a year, but the FAQ allows anything from 10.99% to 30%. The fee runs 2% to 4% plus GST. On NoBroker's ₹1,00,000 example over 24 months, you'd get ₹98,230 and pay an EMI of ₹4,992. Small loans can cost much more, as a Respo sample with an APR of 44.67% shows.

What is the NoBroker InstaCash customer care number?

Dial 9241700000, NoBroker's customer helpline, which answers between 10 AM and 7 PM on every day of the week. The support inbox is support@nobroker.in. For loan complaints, email the grievance officer at legal@nobroker.in. You can also contact your lender directly. Credit Saison India's customer care number is 1800-1038-961, and Respo's is 022-28256467.

What should I do about InstaCash harassment or fake calls?

Don't pay anyone who calls offering an InstaCash limit for an upfront fee. In NoBroker's own example, the fee is taken from the loan, and EMIs leave by e-mandate. If a recovery agent is rude or threatening, complain in writing to NoBroker and your lender. If a scammer has taken money or misused your details, report it on 1930 the same day.

Can I close my InstaCash loan early, or cancel it?

You can repay the full balance at any time, and the limit opens up again after that. Charges depend on your lender. Credit Saison's sample KFS shows 2% for full prepayment, while Respo lists none. Credit Saison's sample also gives a 3-day cooling-off period to exit without a prepayment penalty. Respo's sample gives seven days.

Is InstaCash Loan App the same as the NoBroker app?

Both belong to NoBroker Technologies Solutions. InstaCash Loan App by NoBroker is a separate Play app just for loans. InstaCash also sits inside the main NoBroker rent and property app and on NoBroker's website. The lenders' own disclosures point to the main NoBroker app, so if you're unsure, use that one.
