NoBroker InstaCash is the personal loan and reusable credit line sold in the NoBroker app and its own InstaCash app, but NoBroker doesn't lend the money. As of November 2026 the loans come from two RBI-registered NBFCs, Credit Saison India and Respo Financial Capital, so the lender's Key Fact Statement is the only place you'll see your real price. NoBroker advertises limits up to ₹10 lakh, tenures of 3 to 60 months and interest from 12.99%, yet its own FAQ quotes 10.99% to 30%. This review covers who lends, what the samples show it costs, the burst of look-alike five-star reviews, customer care and safer options.

Our Ratings

Disbursal speed 3.5/5

NoBroker says approval takes minutes and the lender pays straight to your bank, but we couldn't test it and some reviewers report PAN and login errors.

Interest & cost 3.0/5

Rates start at 12.99% with fees of 2% to 4%, and a worked example is published, but the stated ranges clash and small loans can cost far more.

App experience 2.5/5

The 4.4 rating is hard to trust because so many recent reviews are short, repeated five-star lines, while real complaints mention rejections and login trouble.

Customer support 2.5/5

A loan grievance officer and helpline are named, but phone numbers differ across NoBroker and lender pages and no Play review got a reply.

Safety & transparency 3.0/5

Both named lenders are RBI-registered and confirm NoBroker themselves, but a sample loan file with real personal details and padded reviews cost points.

Loan Details & Charges

Loan Amount ₹5,000 to ₹10,00,000
Interest Rate 10.99% to 30% a year
Tenure 3 months to 60 months

Foreclosure NoBroker: 'Foreclosure policies differ among our lending partners'; landing page says full repayment anytime at 'No Extra Cost T&C Apply'. Credit Saison sample KFS: 2% of outstanding on full prepayment, part prepayment not allowed. Respo: nil prepayment charges (product page; KFS says foreclosure not applicable).
Bounce Charges Credit Saison sample KFS: NACH/e-mandate bounce ₹450; mandate swap ₹250 + GST. Respo sample KFS leaves it blank.

Eligibility Criteria

Age 21-65 years
CIBIL Score 700+
Employment Salaried / Self Employed
Documents No uploads per NoBroker's FAQ; the flow verifies PAN, Aadhaar OKYC, a live selfie, bank account and an e-mandate (Razorpay); income and employer details may be asked.

What It Actually Costs

Loan amount ₹1,00,000
Tenure 24 months
Monthly EMI ₹4,992
Total interest ₹19,818
Processing fee ₹1,500 + 18% GST = ₹1,770, deducted upfront
Total repayment ₹1,19,818

Uses NoBroker's own published example, so about ₹98,230 reaches your bank. NoBroker calls the 18% an APR, but with the fee included the yearly cost works out closer to 19.85%.

Try the NoBroker InstaCash EMI calculator

Pros

  • Loans come from two RBI-registered NBFCs, Credit Saison India and Respo Financial Capital
  • Both lenders list NoBroker as a lending partner on their own websites, so the tie-ups check out
  • A worked example shows the EMI, fee, amount received and total interest on a ₹1,00,000 loan
  • Limits up to ₹10 lakh for 3 to 60 months, with interest charged only on the amount you withdraw
  • A named loan grievance officer, plus each lender's grievance contact, are published

Cons

  • Rate claims clash: 12.99% on the page, 10.99% to 30% in the FAQ, 12.99% to 29.99% on Play
  • Early repayment is sold as free, but Credit Saison's sample KFS shows a 2% foreclosure charge
  • A CIBIL score above 700 is required, so new-to-credit or low-score borrowers will struggle
  • The Play rating looks propped up by bursts of short, near-identical five-star reviews
  • Play's Data safety form says no data is shared, yet the privacy policy names lenders and KYC firms

Our Verdict

NoBroker InstaCash is a genuine product from a well-known company, and the lending side holds up. Credit Saison India and Respo Financial Capital both sit on RBI's NBFC register, and both name NoBroker as a lending partner on their own websites. That's a cleaner paper trail than many instant loan apps can show. The weak spots are around the edges. NoBroker's rate claims change from page to page, and its landing page promises early repayment at no extra cost while Credit Saison's sample KFS shows a 2% charge for closing early. The app's code still carries names like Tata Capital, whose own partner list doesn't include NoBroker. The Play rating leans on waves of short, near-identical five-star reviews, and one sample loan file NoBroker links appears to show a real applicant's personal details. If you're salaried with a CIBIL score above 700, an InstaCash offer can be worth comparing. Just treat the lender's KFS as the only price that counts, check the APR and the foreclosure line, and get a direct quote from another regulated lender before you sign.

Who NoBroker InstaCash suits

Salaried NoBroker users with a CIBIL score above 700 who want a reusable limit
Borrowers who'll read the lender's KFS and compare the APR before accepting
People who want to pay interest only on the amount they actually draw

Look elsewhere if

Borrowers with a thin or low credit history, given the CIBIL score above 700 rule
Anyone who wants one fixed, published price before sharing their details
People planning to close early, unless the KFS shows no foreclosure charge

Not sure the app is genuine? Is NoBroker InstaCash real or fake? How to check it yourself

Things to Watch

  • On 17 October 2026, 85 reviews landed on the InstaCash Play listing, 81 of them five-star and almost all five words or fewer, many praising home loans the listing doesn't mention.
  • A 'sample KFS' file NoBroker links for comparing lenders appears to be a real applicant's filled loan papers, with personal details visible.
  • The app's code still shows Tata Capital, Aditya Birla Capital, Fibe, LiquiLoans and Kissht, but Tata Capital's and Aditya Birla Capital's own partner lists don't name NoBroker.
  • NoBroker's loan grievance officer appears with three different phone numbers across NoBroker, Credit Saison and Respo pages.
  • The Respo sample KFS NoBroker links shows a ₹5,000 loan at 30% a year with an APR of 44.67%, far above the 12.99% headline.

How to Apply for NoBroker InstaCash

  1. 1

    Use the right app

Open the InstaCash section of the NoBroker app or install InstaCash Loan App by NoBroker, and check the developer is NoBroker Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd.

  2. 2

    Check your eligibility

Fill in your profile, PAN and income. NoBroker shows lender offers, and accepting one can lead to a credit enquiry, so don't accept several at once.

  3. 3

    Read the lender's KFS

Note whether Credit Saison India or Respo is lending, then check the rate, fee, APR, amount you'll receive and the foreclosure charge.

  4. 4

    Finish KYC and autopay

Verify PAN, complete Aadhaar-based KYC and a live selfie, then set up the e-mandate on the bank account your EMIs will come from.

  5. 5

    Sign and withdraw

Accept the agreement, draw the amount you need and save the loan documents. Interest runs only on what you withdraw.

Documents Required

PAN card
Aadhaar for paperless KYC
A live selfie for the face check
Bank account details for the e-mandate
Salary or business income details

What Real Users Say

Of the 520 newest reviews, 85 are dated 17 October 2026 and 81 of those are five-star one-liners. Several one-star ratings carry praise text, and none got a reply from NoBroker, so we'd discount the 4.4.

The standalone InstaCash app shows 4.4 stars from 1,094 ratings and 1L+ downloads as of November 2026, but the newest reviews look heavily padded.

What users love

Five-star posts mention quick approval, fast KYC and a simple app, though most are only a few words and many repeat the same lines.

Common complaints

Real-sounding complaints describe PAN numbers not being accepted, login problems, rejection despite a good CIBIL score and worry about data collection. A few call it a fake app.

How NoBroker InstaCash Compares

vs Money View — A large regulated lending app with a similar loan size, worth a direct quote before you accept an InstaCash offer.

vs KreditBee — Covers small to large personal loans through regulated lenders, a useful check if NoBroker turns you down on score.

vs Navi — An RBI-registered NBFC that lends under its own name, so the app and the lender are the same company.

How we tested

Checked in November 2026. We read NoBroker's InstaCash pages, FAQs and loan privacy policy, both Google Play listings, the Data safety form and the 520 newest reviews, plus the sample KFS files NoBroker links. We checked Credit Saison India's and Respo's partner disclosures, Tata Capital's and Aditya Birla Capital's partner lists, and RBI's NBFC register as on September 30, 2026. RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory wouldn't load, and we didn't take a loan, so payout speed and final pricing are unverified.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is NoBroker InstaCash safe and RBI registered?
NoBroker isn't an RBI-registered lender itself; it works as a lending service provider. The loans come from Credit Saison India (Kisetsu Saison Finance) and Respo Financial Capital, both on RBI's NBFC register as on September 30, 2026, and both list NoBroker on their own partner pages. So the lending is legitimate, but check which lender your KFS names before you sign.
What does a NoBroker InstaCash loan really cost?
NoBroker quotes interest from 12.99% a year, an FAQ range of 10.99% to 30% and processing fees of 2% to 4% plus GST. Its own example is ₹1,00,000 for 24 months at 18% with a ₹1,500 fee plus ₹270 GST, giving an EMI of ₹4,992 and ₹98,230 in your account. Your lender's KFS shows the actual APR.
How much can I borrow from NoBroker InstaCash, and for how long?
The Google Play listing gives loan amounts of ₹5,000 to ₹10,00,000, repaid over 3 months to 5 years, and the FAQ says 3 to 60 months. The limit works like a credit line: you can draw part of it, pay interest only on what you use, and reuse it after repaying. Your actual limit depends on your profile and the lender.
Who is eligible for NoBroker InstaCash, and what documents are needed?
The Play listing asks for salaried or self-employed applicants aged 21 to 65 with a CIBIL score above 700 or an Experian score above 750. NoBroker says you don't upload documents, but you'll verify your PAN, finish Aadhaar-based KYC, take a selfie and set up an e-mandate. Existing EMIs shouldn't exceed 50% to 75% of net salary.
How do I contact NoBroker InstaCash customer care?
Call NoBroker's helpline on 9241700000, seven days a week from 10 AM to 7 PM, or email support@nobroker.in. Loan complaints go to grievance officer Kshetragya Nath Singh at legal@nobroker.in, who should reply within one month. You can also write to your lender's grievance officer, then go to RBI's Integrated Ombudsman if nobody fixes it.
Can I close a NoBroker InstaCash loan early for free?
Not always. NoBroker's landing page says you can repay the full balance anytime at no extra cost, with terms applying, but its FAQ says foreclosure rules differ by lender. Credit Saison's sample KFS shows a 2% charge on full prepayment and doesn't allow part payments, while Respo's product page lists nil prepayment charges. Check the foreclosure line in your own KFS.
How do I file a complaint against NoBroker InstaCash?
Work the escalation ladder in order. First, raise the complaint with NoBroker InstaCash support (support@nobroker.in) and insist on a written complaint reference number — a call with no reference number effectively did not happen. If it is unresolved, escalate to the grievance redressal officer at legal@nobroker.in. The regulated entity has 30 days to resolve it. After that, you can complain free of cost to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in — no lawyer is needed, and the decision is binding on the lender.
How do I stop harassment calls from NoBroker InstaCash recovery agents?
RBI's rules on recovery conduct are specific: agents may not call before 8 a.m. or after 7 p.m., may not use threats, abuse or intimidation, and may not contact people from your phonebook to shame you. Blanket access to your contacts and photos is prohibited for digital lenders. If this is happening, save the evidence — call logs, screenshots, recordings — and complain to the lender's grievance officer (legal@nobroker.in), then to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in if it continues. If the app is not a regulated entity at all, report it on the RBI Sachet portal (sachet.rbi.org.in) and to the cyber-crime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. Harassment, morphed images and contact-list shaming are criminal offences regardless of whether you owe money.
