Omozing is a real loan app, and the company that runs it is also the lender. It belongs to Aparampaar Finance Private Limited, an NBFC based in Bengaluru that appears on RBI's register as on 30 September 2026. So it isn't fake, and the money comes from a regulated source.

Safe is a separate question. The lender checks out, but Omozing's own pages quote rates from 11% to 59% a year. So before you sign, read the APR printed in your Key Fact Statement, because that's your real price. Our full Omozing review has the scores; this guide shows how to check the app yourself.

Five things to know about Omozing first

  • Is it a real company? Yes. Omozing is the digital lending brand of Aparampaar Finance Private Limited, which also publishes the app on Google Play.
  • Is the lender regulated? Yes. Aparampaar is entry 547 in RBI's list of NBFCs as on 30 September 2026. It doesn't take deposits.
  • What does it charge? That depends on the page. Rates start at 11% a year on the website, sit at 15% to 39% on the lender's site and reach 59% on Play.
  • What comes off the top? The website's fee is 3% to 7% of the loan, plus GST, deducted before the money reaches you. Closing early costs 4% to 6%.
  • How is it rated? 3.5 stars from 1,102 ratings on Google Play as of October 2026, with signs that some praise isn't organic.

Aparampaar Finance: the company that runs Omozing and lends

Many loan apps are a front end for another firm's money. Omozing isn't. Its Play listing says the app is by Aparampaar Finance, and the developer shown is that same company.

Aparampaar's own site lists the Omozing app and website as its lending platform. Omozing's privacy policy says the company built the app as its own digital lending app. The lender's site names Neelam Dwivedi as founder and CEO.

You may also reach Omozing through other firms. The lender names sourcing partners such as FundsTiger, Kashti, Paisa 247 and Switch My Loan. Omozing's own page adds CreditLinks and CashKuber. These firms only pass on applications, and the lender says they don't make credit decisions, hold borrower money or collect repayments.

FundsTiger is also described as a sister company. It's a separate site, though, not the lender. For collections, Omozing names two outside agencies: Supra Associates and Ariyog Analytic Solutions.

Is Omozing RBI registered? Repeat our check in six steps

Omozing is a brand name, so you won't find it in RBI's lists. Search for the company behind it instead. We ran these checks on 30 October 2026.

  1. Get the legal name. The Play listing and the Omozing website both name Aparampaar Finance Private Limited.
  2. Open RBI's list of registered NBFCs. The latest edition, dated 15 October 2026, shows the position on 30 September 2026. Aparampaar is entry 547, under the Bengaluru regional office, in the Base layer.
  3. Match the company number. The RBI row gives CIN U65100KA2019PTC130484. The Play listing and Omozing's site use the same one. Aparampaar's own site prints a different CIN, so we took RBI's number as correct.
  4. See if the lender owns up to the app. Aparampaar's regulatory page lists the Omozing app and website as its own platform. Omozing's regulatory page shows certificate number N-02.00333.
  5. Try RBI's directory of digital lending apps. It wouldn't load for us, and neither did RBI's list of cancelled licences. Search both yourself, under Aparampaar's name.
  6. Look for warnings. We found no RBI caution naming Aparampaar or Omozing. Sachet, RBI's portal on unregulated money schemes, is another place to look.

Omozing interest rates and fees: three pages, three answers

Here's the awkward part: the three places Omozing publishes terms don't agree on price. This is what each one said on 30 October 2026.

The schedule of charges adds more costs if things go wrong:

  • Late EMI: 10% of the missed EMI plus GST, each time.
  • Missed amounts: added to the principal, with interest charged on them.
  • Still unpaid after the tenure ends: 3% a month. The lender's copy says this compounds monthly.
  • Bounced payment: ₹900 for an e-NACH bounce and ₹1,000 for a cheque, plus 18% GST.
  • Notices: ₹500 plus GST for a demand notice, and ₹1,500 plus GST for a Section 138 bounce notice.
  • Closing early: 4% to 6%. Paying off part of the loan early isn't offered.

The website gives one worked example. Borrow ₹2,00,000 for 12 months at 24% a year, and the EMI is about ₹18,912. Interest comes to about ₹26,943. A 5% fee is ₹10,000, and 18% GST adds ₹1,800, so roughly ₹1,88,200 lands in your bank.

The Play listing has its own example: ₹1,00,000 for 12 months at 20%, with an EMI of ₹9,263 and ₹11,156 of interest. Its fee is 2.5%, or ₹2,500, before GST. Administration, courier and other small charges may also come off, it says. Notice that 2.5% sits below the 3% floor the website quotes now.

The red flags people spot on Omozing, and which ones matter

Most doubts about Omozing come from its own paperwork, not from any sign of fraud.

  • Prices that don't match. Rates range from 11% to 59% depending on the page. The income floor moves too: ₹40,000 a month on the website, more than ₹15,000 on Play.
  • Mixed eligibility. The website says salaried people only. The Play listing says it also lends to the self-employed.
  • "No upfront fees, ever." The home page says this, and it means nothing is paid before approval. The 3% to 7% fee still comes out of the loan.
  • Privacy wording. The policy claims the app can pick up call history, the address book and location. Google Play's permission list for the app shows none of those. The home page also promises not to contact your contacts.
  • Two company numbers, two head offices. RBI and Play agree on one CIN, but the lender's site shows another. Play calls a Bellandur office the registered office, while RBI gives Rampura.
  • An old helpline that's still online. An older grievance page, still linked from the main menu, lists 9741022988 and different hours.

What's normal? A manual review of your file, six months of bank statements and a salary slip. Asking for those isn't a warning sign, but asking for money before approval would be.

What Omozing borrowers report on Google Play

As of October 2026, the Play listing shows 3.5 stars from 1,102 ratings and 1L+ downloads. The app was last updated on 17 August 2026.

We read the 400 newest reviews, going back to February 2024. They split hard: 306 five-star and 84 one-star, with very few in between. Look closer, and the five-star pile looks managed. March 2025 brought 47 reviews and April 2025 brought 67, nearly all glowing.

Of the 400, 46 name a staff member called Akshat, the same name as the developer email on Play. One five-star review in April 2025 praises a different lender's app. Two near-identical five-star reviews landed on the same day in March 2025.

Since January 2026 the pace has slowed to 29 reviews, and 14 of them are one-star. Common complaints include:

  • an application stuck "in review" for days, with no number to call
  • no portal to download statements, receipts or a foreclosure letter
  • a loan closure that dragged on while interest kept adding up
  • a rejection after every document had been sent

Praise exists too. One January 2026 reviewer got the money in a day, and a repeat customer liked the top-up loans. In the reviews we read, nobody described harassment by recovery agents.

Is that call really from Omozing? Signs of a fake

Real lenders get copied by scammers. Check these before you share an OTP or send money.

  • One app only. Google Play has a single Omozing app, published by Aparampaar Finance. Don't install an Omozing APK file sent by WhatsApp or SMS.
  • No money before approval. Omozing says it never asks for money before a loan is approved, and never asks for your OTP or PIN.
  • Fees come off the loan. The real fee is deducted at payout, so there's nothing extra to send by UPI.
  • No personal UPI IDs. Omozing's charges list an e-NACH bounce fee, which tells you EMIs run as an auto-debit. A request to repay into someone's own UPI ID is a red flag.
  • Partners don't collect. Sourcing partners such as FundsTiger don't take repayments, the lender says.
  • Named recovery agencies. Ask any recovery caller which agency they're from. Omozing lists only Supra Associates and Ariyog Analytic Solutions.
  • The Credit Score Booster is a separate product. Omozing sells a ₹499 credit plan. It's not a loan fee, and Omozing says it never promises a score.

Problem with an Omozing loan? Who to contact, in order

Start with the lender, and keep a written record of every step.

  1. Customer care. Ring +91 88848 00789 on weekdays between 10 am and 5 pm, or write to care@aparampaar.co.in. The lender's site also lists WhatsApp on +91 70900 02531. Omozing's grievance page aims to sort complaints within 48 working hours, depending on the issue.
  2. Grievance officer. Email grievance@aparampaar.co.in, addressed to Mr. Madhusudan M, the Grievance Redressal Officer and Principal Nodal Officer. The lender's site gives his phone as +91 63620 62291 and promises a reply within 7 working days.
  3. RBI Ombudsman. No fix within 30 days? File a complaint with the RBI Integrated Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in, or call 14448.
  4. Fraud. If someone posing as Omozing took your money, ring 1930, the national cybercrime helpline, the same day.

Skip the old helpline 9741022988, on a page last edited in January 2025. Every current number is on our Omozing customer care page, and our customer care directory covers other lenders.

Is Omozing a good fit for you?

Omozing may work for you if:

  • you're salaried, paid into a bank account, and take home ₹40,000 a month or more
  • your credit score is in the 600s and a bank has turned you down
  • you want up to 36 months to repay and can wait for a human review

Look elsewhere if:

  • you're self-employed or paid your salary in cash
  • you might want to pay off part of the loan early, which isn't allowed
  • you want to know the price before you apply

Get two other quotes from regulated lenders first. Our reviews of Poonawalla Fincorp, Aditya Birla personal loans and Moneyview are a good place to start. Compare the APR on each Key Fact Statement, not the rate in the ad.

Frequently asked questions

Is Omozing a real or fake loan app?

Omozing is real. Aparampaar Finance Private Limited runs the app, owns the website and lends the money itself. It's an NBFC on RBI's register as on 30 September 2026. Real doesn't mean cheap, though. Its pages quote anything between 11% and 59% a year, so the Key Fact Statement you're shown decides your price.

Which RBI-registered lender is behind Omozing?

Aparampaar Finance Private Limited. It's a non-deposit-taking NBFC at entry 547 in RBI's register, under the Bengaluru regional office, with certificate number N-02.00333 according to Omozing. Aparampaar's own site lists the Omozing app as its lending platform. RBI's digital lending app directory didn't load when we checked, so look up that entry yourself.

How much does an Omozing loan really cost?

It depends on your offer. Rates begin at 11% a year on the website, the lender lists a 15% to 39% band, and Play goes as high as 59%. On top, 3% to 7% of the loan, plus GST, is deducted as a fee. Late EMIs cost 10% of the EMI plus GST, and early closure costs 4% to 6%.

What is the Omozing customer care number?

The current number is +91 88848 00789, and lines are open on weekdays from 10 am until 5 pm. You can also email care@aparampaar.co.in or use WhatsApp on +91 70900 02531. Complaints go to grievance@aparampaar.co.in, for Mr. Madhusudan M. An older page still shows 9741022988, but the current pages all use the 88848 number.

Does Omozing harass borrowers or call their contacts?

We found no harassment complaints in the Play reviews we read. Omozing's home page says it never contacts a borrower's contacts. The app's Play permission list shows no access to contacts or call logs, although the privacy policy is worded more widely. If a caller threatens you, note the number and write to the grievance officer.

How do I close an Omozing loan early?

You can close the whole loan early, though part payments aren't offered. The website puts the foreclosure charge at 4% to 6%, and the lender's site adds GST and decides it case by case. Ask customer care for the closure amount in writing first. Once you've paid, ask for a closure letter, as one reviewer couldn't download one.

Can self-employed people get an Omozing loan?

The website says no. Its loans are for salaried borrowers only, with the salary paid into a bank account. The Play listing, last updated in August 2026, still says Omozing lends to the self-employed too. Since the two disagree, ask before you share any documents. The website considers credit scores from 600.

Why is my Omozing application stuck in review?

Every file gets a manual credit review. Omozing's FAQ says a decision comes within 4 working days of a complete application, yet some reviewers waited days with no update. If yours has stalled, contact customer care. Don't pay anyone who offers to speed things up, since Omozing says it never asks for money before approval.
