Adani One ICICI Bank Signature Credit Card Review: Perks at Adani Airports
The Adani One ICICI Bank Signature Credit Card costs ₹5,000 plus GST to join and each year, and earns 7 Adani OneApp Rewards per ₹100 at Adani One ecosystem merchants, 2 per ₹100 abroad and 1.5 per ₹100 on other domestic spends. Its real draw is at Adani-managed airports, with Pranaam meet-and-greet, 16 premium lounge upgrades a year and parking services, plus a ₹5,000 flight voucher and a ₹2,000 hotel voucher to start. ICICI does not publish what a reward is worth, and since 1 July 2026 domestic lounge visits need ₹75,000 of spend a quarter.

A co-brand card built for Adani-run airports
This is ICICI Bank's tie-up with Adani One (Adani Digital Labs Private Limited), and most of what make it interesting happens at airports that Adani manages. Pranaam meet-and-greet, premium lounge upgrades, porters and parking is given there, while the rewards you earn land in your Adani OneApp account and not with the bank.
The fee is ₹5,000 plus GST to join and the same each year. From the second anniversary year ICICI waives the annual fee if you had spend ₹6 lakh or more in the previous one, and its terms add that the flight voucher is not given in a year the fee is waived. ICICI's pages that we read do not name the card network at all.
Three points that matter
- Year one is generous. A ₹5,000 flight voucher for ₹25,000 of spend within 60 days and a ₹2,000 hotel voucher on activation come to ₹7,000 (₹5,000 plus ₹2,000), more than the ₹5,900 you pay with GST.
- The rewards have no published value. ICICI says their worth is set under Adani OneApp's loyalty terms, not in bank documents, so 7 per ₹100 is hard to price in rupees.
- Lounges now need spend. The 4 domestic visits a quarter depend on ₹75,000 of spend in the previous quarter since 1 July 2026, after the card's exemption run out on 30 June 2026.
Status and changes
The card is active, and you apply on the Adani One website. ICICI's bank-wide changes apply on it same like any other card: 3.75% monthly interest and new fees on fuel, utilities and education from 15 November 2024, a 3.5% conversion fee plus new wallet, gaming and transport fees from 15 January 2026, a revised minimum amount due from 1 March 2026 and a ₹25,000 quarterly spend rule for BookMyShow from 1 April 2026. Card replacement goes to ₹300 from 11 December 2026. ICICI's wider range is on our ICICI Bank credit cards page.
Adani One Signature fees and charges
The joining fee and the annual fee are ₹5,000 each, and GST at 18% takes both to ₹5,900 (₹5,000 plus ₹900). An add-on card costs ₹199 a year, a small amount but it is not free like on some premium cards.
The ₹6 lakh waiver
From the second anniversary year the fee is waived if you spent ₹6,00,000 or more in the previous anniversary year, which is ₹50,000 a month (₹6,00,000 divided by 12). ICICI's FAQ says calendar year and its terms say anniversary year, we go by the terms. Since 15 November 2024 rent, government and education payments, EMI transactions, fees, interest and reversals don't count toward the target.
Interest and penalties
- Interest: 3.75% a month, 45% a year, on revolved balances and on cash.
- Late fee: nil below ₹100, then by slab up to ₹1,300 above ₹50,000. It is worked out on the total due minus payments made before the due date, and charged only if the minimum stay unpaid 3 days after the due date. On ₹8,000 outstanding it is ₹750.
- Cash advance: 2.5% with a ₹500 minimum, and interest from the transaction date. In the first 180 days ICICI's general rule limit cash to 10% of your credit limit, up to ₹20,000.
- Over-limit: 2.5% of the excess, minimum ₹550, and only if you agreed to an over-limit facility.
- Cheque or auto-debit return: 2% of the total due, minimum ₹500. Card replacement ₹200, then ₹300 from 11 December 2026. Cash payment at a branch ₹150.
Fees on specific spends
| Spend | Fee | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Rent | 1% | Every rent transaction |
| Fuel | 1% | Fuel transactions above ₹10,000 |
| Utilities | 1% | Utility transactions above ₹50,000 |
| Education through third-party apps | 1% | Every such payment |
| Transportation, from 15 January 2026 | 1% | Above ₹50,000 |
| Skill-based gaming, from 15 January 2026 | 2% | Every transaction |
| Wallet loads, from 15 January 2026 | 1% | Loads of ₹5,000 or more |
| Dynamic currency conversion, from 15 January 2026 | 3.5% | Rupee payments abroad or to overseas-registered merchants |
The forex mark-up is 3.5% plus GST, so a ₹50,000 holiday abroad carries ₹1,750 of mark-up (3.5% of ₹50,000) and ₹315 of GST on it (18% of ₹1,750). Fuel gets a 1% surcharge waiver on transactions up to ₹4,000 at any outlet. ICICI's fee list also have a reward redemption handling fee of ₹99 plus GST, and the card's terms don't say how it treats Adani OneApp Rewards.

Rewards go into your Adani OneApp account. ICICI's documents doesn't give their rupee value or how long they last; both follow the Adani OneApp loyalty terms. So the examples below counts rewards, and then work out what each one would need to be worth to cover the fee, which is the honest way when the value is not published.
Welcome benefits and milestones
- ₹5,000 flight voucher when you spend ₹25,000 within 60 days of activation and joining-fee payment, only on fee-paying cards.
- ₹2,000 hotel voucher on activation.
- Pranaam meet-and-greet: one on activation, a second one on ₹3 lakh of spend.
- 2 porter services for each ₹1 lakh spent, up to 8 in a year.
- At Adani-managed airports, 16 premium lounge upgrades a year (4 a quarter), and 4 valet parking and 4 premium car parking services on activation.
- BookMyShow buy one get one, up to ₹500 off twice a month, once you spend ₹25,000 in the previous quarter.
Light: ₹20,000 a month
| Spend a month | Working | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| ₹12,000 other domestic spends | 120 x 1.5 | 180 |
| ₹3,000 Adani One bookings | 30 x 7 | 210 |
| ₹3,000 utilities and insurance | 30 x 0.5 | 15 |
| ₹2,000 fuel | No rewards | 0 |
| Rewards a year | 405 x 12 | 4,860 |
| Year-one vouchers | ₹5,000 flight plus ₹2,000 hotel | ₹7,000 |
| Fee from year two | ₹20,000 x 12 = ₹2,40,000, below ₹6 lakh | ₹5,900 |
Year one is a clear win, ₹7,000 of vouchers against ₹5,900, and two months of spend (₹40,000) clears the ₹25,000 the flight voucher need. From year two each of the 4,860 rewards would have to be worth about ₹1.21 just to cover the fee (₹5,900 divided by 4,860), and ₹60,000 a quarter (₹20,000 x 3) falls short of the lounge rule.
Typical: ₹55,000 a month
| Spend a month | Working | Rewards or rupees |
|---|---|---|
| ₹33,000 other domestic spends | 330 x 1.5 | 495 |
| ₹8,000 Adani One flights and hotels | 80 x 7 | 560 |
| ₹6,000 international spends | 60 x 2 | 120 |
| ₹5,000 utilities and insurance | 50 x 0.5 | 25 |
| ₹3,000 fuel | No rewards | 0 |
| Rewards a year | 1,200 x 12 | 14,400 |
| Mark-up on spends abroad | ₹6,000 x 12 x 3.5% | ₹2,520 |
| Fee from year two | ₹55,000 x 12 = ₹6,60,000 | Waived |
This holder clear the waiver and the lounge rule (₹55,000 x 3 = ₹1,65,000 a quarter), gets the second Pranaam at ₹3 lakh and reaches the porter cap, since 6 full lakhs would give 12 porter services but the limit is 8. The one real cost left is the mark-up: the 14,400 rewards need to be worth about ₹0.18 each to pay back ₹2,520 (₹2,520 divided by 14,400 is 0.175).
Heavy: ₹1,20,000 a month
| Spend a month | Working | Rewards or rupees |
|---|---|---|
| ₹60,000 other domestic spends | 600 x 1.5 | 900 |
| ₹25,000 Adani One bookings | 250 x 7 | 1,750 |
| ₹20,000 international spends | 200 x 2 | 400 |
| ₹10,000 utilities and insurance | 100 x 0.5 | 50 |
| ₹5,000 fuel | No rewards | 0 |
| Rewards a year | 3,100 x 12 | 37,200 |
| Mark-up on spends abroad | ₹20,000 x 12 x 3.5% | ₹8,400 |
| Fee | ₹1,20,000 x 12 = ₹14,40,000 | Waived |
For the heavy user the mark-up become the largest cost on the card. ₹8,400 a year plus GST means the 37,200 rewards must be worth about ₹0.23 each before the foreign spend stops losing money (₹8,400 divided by 37,200). The Adani One share is what drives value: ₹25,000 there earns 1,750 rewards a month, more than the 900 from ₹60,000 of ordinary spending.

Who can apply, and the steps
ICICI publishes clear criteria for this card, which not every premium card do:
- Indian citizen over 21.
- Salaried: a monthly income of ₹75,000.
- Self-employed: an annual income of ₹9,00,000, the same ₹75,000 a month (₹9,00,000 divided by 12).
Documents needed is proof of identity, proof of address and income proof. You apply on the Adani One website, not on ICICI's own card page, which is how ICICI handle its co-brands, the Amazon Pay card starts on Amazon and MakeMyTrip on its app.
What ICICI weighs
ICICI's listing page says your credit score and repayment history may be considered, and RBI's 2025 card Directions make the bank assess your own means and the limits you hold with other lenders before fixing one. Experian India calls scores above 750 generally good. Meeting the ₹75,000 line is only getting you till the door, not inside. If ICICI rejects the application it has to give the specific reasons in writing, and the approval itself is the bank's decision.
After the card arrives
Activate it soon. Under RBI rules, a card not activated within 30 days needs your OTP consent, and without it the bank closes the account at no cost. Pay the joining fee and plan ₹25,000 of spend in the first 60 days for the flight voucher, and keep in mind the cash limit in the first 180 days. For help, ICICI's toll-free line is 1800 1080, and our ICICI customer care page has the rest.

Who gets the most from it
The best fit flies several times a year from airports Adani runs, books flights and hotels through Adani One, and puts ₹50,000 or more a month on the card. For that person the year-one vouchers more than pay the joining fee, the waiver kicks in from year two, and Pranaam, porters and lounge upgrades make the airport part of a trip a lot more easy.
It is weaker for anyone who rarely fly, since most of the value sits at airports. It is also poor card for abroad. A 3.5% mark-up and a 3.5% conversion fee can easily eat more than 2 rewards per ₹100 return, though ICICI doesn't publish a value to settle it either way. And if most of your spend is fuel, rent or bills, those earn nothing or 0.5 per ₹100.
Trade-offs
The airport perks are real and easy to understand. The rewards are not, because their value sits in Adani's loyalty terms outside ICICI's documents, and you are trusting a programme the bank's own papers don't describe. People who want a card whose rewards they can price should looking at the MakeMyTrip card in the next tab, where 1 myCash is ₹1 on MakeMyTrip. People earning a lot more may prefer a lower mark-up elsewhere. Lounge use now needs ₹75,000 a quarter, which lighter users won't reach.
Pros
- ₹5,000 flight voucher and ₹2,000 hotel voucher in year one, more than the joining fee
- 7 Adani OneApp Rewards per ₹100 on Adani One ecosystem merchants
- 2 Pranaam services, 16 premium lounge upgrades and up to 8 porter services a year at Adani-managed airports
- Annual fee waived from the second year on ₹6 lakh of spend in the anniversary year
- 4 domestic lounge visits a quarter plus 2 Priority Pass visits a year
Cons
- ICICI does not publish the rupee value or expiry of Adani OneApp Rewards
- Domestic lounge visits need ₹75,000 of spend in the previous quarter since 1 July 2026
- 3.5% forex mark-up and a 3.5% dynamic currency conversion fee
- No rewards on fuel or rent, and only 0.5 per ₹100 on utilities and insurance
- Salaried applicants need ₹75,000 a month of income
- Interest of 3.75% a month
Adani One Signature against other travel cards
The side-by-side table on this tab lists the figures. These three are the closest picks for someone weighing a ₹5,000 travel card, and they reward quite different habit.
ICICI Bank Sapphiro
Sapphiro shares the income bar (₹75,000 a month salaried, ₹9 lakh a year self-employed) and the lounge pattern of 4 domestic visits a quarter on ₹75,000 of spend plus 2 Priority Pass visits a year. It costs ₹6,500 plus GST to join and ₹3,500 a year, waived on ₹6 lakh, and earns 2 points per ₹100 in India and 4 abroad, again with no published point value. Its welcome vouchers are worth over ₹13,000, but it don't have Adani airport services, and the mark-up is the same 3.5%.
HDFC Bank Regalia Gold
Regalia Gold costs ₹2,500 plus taxes a year, waived on ₹4 lakh of retail spends. It earns 5 points per ₹200, worth ₹0.5 on flights and hotels and ₹0.65 in HDFC's Gold catalogue, gives 3 domestic lounge visits a quarter after ₹60,000 of spend in the previous quarter and up to 6 Priority Pass visits a year, and charges a 2% mark-up. Its bar is more higher: more than ₹1.5 lakh a month salaried, or an ITR above ₹18 lakh.
MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank
The MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank card costs ₹999 plus GST, waived on ₹3 lakh, and pays 6% myCash on MakeMyTrip hotels, 3% on flights, holidays, cabs and buses and 1% elsewhere in India, with 1 myCash worth ₹1 on MakeMyTrip. Its mark-up is 0.99% until 9 November 2026 and nil from 10 November 2026, though from that date spends abroad outside MakeMyTrip earn nothing. It gives 2 domestic lounge visits a quarter on ₹75,000 of spend and 1 Priority Pass visit a year, and asks only ₹20,000 a month of income.
Which one to take
Pick Adani One Signature if you fly through Adani airports and book on Adani One. Pick MakeMyTrip if you want a reward you can price and cheaper forex for about a fifth of the fee. Regalia Gold suits higher earners who want a 2% mark-up and more Priority Pass visits, and Sapphiro suits people who like ICICI points and a big welcome pack.
