EazyDiner IndusInd at a glance
This is a co-branded card from IndusInd Bank and EazyDiner Private Limited, the restaurant booking app, and it runs on Visa. IndusInd issue it in two versions, Signature and Platinum; the fees and terms in this review are for the Signature card, which is the one IndusInd's MITC lists against the ₹2,999 fee.
The card makes sense only if you eat out. Paying a restaurant bill through PayEazy on the EazyDiner app gets you an extra 25% off, up to ₹1,000 a bill, and on the fee plans that carry a welcome kit, it includes 12 months of EazyDiner Prime worth ₹3,550.
The three things that decide it
- The PayEazy discount. 25% extra off, capped at ₹1,000 a transaction and ₹2,000 a month, rising to ₹5,000 a month after a previous calendar month with ₹30,000 of non-dining spend. It applies when you pay on the EazyDiner app at a restaurant, so a bill you settle in other way gets nothing.
- A fee with no way out. ₹2,999 plus GST every year, and IndusInd's MITC show no spend-based waiver. The MITC also says the actual fee is communicated when you apply and that welcome gifts come only on select fee plans.
- Thin points outside dining. 10 Reward Points per ₹100 on hotel and travel booking, shopping and entertainment, 4 per ₹100 elsewhere, nothing on fuel, and IndusInd doesn't tell what a point is worth.
Status and recent changes
The card is active and open to new applicants through Indus Easy Credit. The fuel surcharge waiver was set on 5 May 2024 at 1% on fills of ₹500 to ₹3,000, capped at ₹250 a billing cycle. A bigger round came on 15 June 2026 across IndusInd cards: new late-payment slabs, 1% plus GST on fuel above ₹50,000 a statement cycle, 1% plus GST on transport other than air above ₹40,000, and a 1% plus GST fee on dynamic currency conversion. Air accident insurance on IndusInd credit cards was discontinued from 21 December 2025.
By the RBI's count IndusInd had 2,974,248 credit cards outstanding in September 2026, down from 3,180,135 a year earlier.
EazyDiner card fees and charges
The MITC lists a ₹2,999 joining fee and a ₹2,999 annual fee for the EazyDiner Signature card, GST extra. At 18% GST that is ₹539.82 more, so ₹3,538.82 a year. There is no spend-based waiver at all, so a light user and a heavy user pays the same, and add-on cards carry no fee.
Because IndusInd says the actual fee is told at application, check the fee shown on your offer before you sign. Renewal brings back the 12-month Prime membership, 2,000 bonus EazyPoints and a ₹7,500 Postcard Hotel voucher, but confirm what your fee plan includes, since welcome gifts come only on select plans.
Late payment slabs from 15 June 2026
| Amount outstanding | Late fee |
|---|---|
| Up to ₹100 | Nil |
| ₹101 to ₹500 | ₹100 |
| ₹501 to ₹1,000 | ₹500 |
| ₹1,001 to ₹5,000 | ₹600 |
| ₹5,001 to ₹10,000 | ₹750 |
| ₹10,001 to ₹25,000 | ₹900 |
| ₹25,001 to ₹50,000 | ₹1,100 |
| Above ₹50,000 | ₹1,300 |
There is a cushion of 3 grace days past the due date, and only after that can IndusInd add the late fee or report the account as past due, which is in line with the RBI's three-day rule.
Interest, cash and forex
- Interest: 3.83% a month, 46% a year, calculated daily on balances carried, plus GST.
- Cash advance: 2.5% of the amount, minimum ₹300, plus interest from the day of withdrawal. Taking ₹5,000 cost you ₹300, since 2.5% would be only ₹125.
- Forex: 3.5% plus GST. Paying in rupees abroad, or to a merchant registered overseas, also attract a 1% plus GST dynamic currency conversion fee from 15 June 2026.
- Over-limit 2.5% (minimum ₹500); returned payment ₹250; cash payment at an IndusInd branch ₹100.
Rent, wallet, utilities, education and fuel
IndusInd levies fee on several categories, all at 1% plus GST. Rent through third-party merchants is charged on every transaction. Utilities are charged once the statement cycle's total crosses ₹25,000, wallet loads above ₹20,000 and education paid via third-party sites or apps above ₹45,000. From 15 June 2026, fuel above ₹50,000 and transport other than air (MCC 4111, 4112, 4784 and 4131) above ₹40,000 in a cycle are charged too.
Rent of ₹20,000 a month through an app, for example, mean ₹200 plus ₹36 of GST, which is ₹236 a month or ₹2,832 a year (₹236 x 12), with no points to show for it.

Rewards, PayEazy and what they are worth
The card pays you two ways: Reward Points on spends, and EazyDiner discounts through Prime and PayEazy. The second one is where the most money is.
Reward Points
- 10 Reward Points per ₹100 on hotel and travel booking, shopping and entertainment.
- 4 Reward Points per ₹100 on all other spends, except fuel and dining. IndusInd does not state an earn rate for dining, so we count it as zero.
- Points are earned only on spends up to your assigned credit limit in each statement cycle.
- Points are redeemed through PayEazy against restaurant bills on the EazyDiner app, can't be used against cash credit, and expire at the completion of every anniversary year. The MITC shows no redemption fee on this card.
IndusInd doesn't publish a point value. The card page's own worked example assume ₹0.10 a point, so we use that: 10 points per ₹100 is ₹1 per ₹100 (1%) and 4 points is ₹0.40 per ₹100 (0.4%). Treat it as the bank's illustration, not a promise.
PayEazy and Prime
Pay a restaurant bill on the EazyDiner app with this card and you get an extra 25% off, up to ₹1,000 a transaction. The month's limit is ₹2,000 with no conditions, and rises by ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 in a month after you spends ₹30,000 on non-dining transactions in the previous calendar month. A ₹4,000 bill hits the per-bill cap exactly, because 25% of ₹4,000 is ₹1,000.
Prime members also earn 3X EazyPoints, and 200 and more select restaurants offer a complimentary premium alcoholic beverage. The welcome kit, on fee plans that includes it, is 12 months of Prime worth ₹3,550, 2,000 EazyPoints and a Postcard Hotel stay voucher worth ₹7,500. There are no spend milestones.
Three worked examples
Points at the card page's ₹0.10; fee ₹3,538.82 with GST; discounts counted only on bills paid through PayEazy. Prime discounts and the welcome kit are left out, because what they are worth depends on where you eat and stay.
Light diner: ₹15,000 a month
| Item | Working | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Two PayEazy dinners of ₹2,000 | 25% = ₹500 a bill, ₹1,000 a month, x 12 | ₹12,000 |
| Shopping ₹3,000 | 10 per ₹100 = 300 points a month | 3,600 points |
| Other spends ₹8,000 | 4 per ₹100 = 320 points a month | 3,840 points |
| Points value | 3,600 + 3,840 = 7,440 points at ₹0.10 | ₹744 |
| Net after fee | ₹12,000 + ₹744 minus ₹3,538.82 | ₹9,205.18 |
Two outings a month pay the fee more than three times over. The risk is habit: eat at places outside EazyDiner, or pay at the counter, and the discount is zero, leaving you ₹2,794.82 down (₹3,538.82 minus ₹744).
Typical diner: ₹35,000 a month
| Item | Working | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Four PayEazy dinners of ₹2,000 | 25% of ₹8,000 = ₹2,000, the monthly cap, x 12 | ₹24,000 |
| Travel ₹5,000 and shopping ₹7,000 | 10 per ₹100 = 1,200 points a month | 14,400 points |
| Other spends ₹15,000 | 4 per ₹100 = 600 points a month | 7,200 points |
| Points value | 14,400 + 7,200 = 21,600 points at ₹0.10 | ₹2,160 |
| Net after fee | ₹24,000 + ₹2,160 minus ₹3,538.82 | ₹22,621.18 |
Non-dining here is ₹27,000 (₹5,000 + ₹7,000 + ₹15,000), short of ₹30,000, so the cap stay at ₹2,000. Another ₹3,000 of non-dining spend would lift next month's cap to ₹5,000, though you would need more PayEazy bills to use it.
Heavy diner: ₹70,000 a month
| Item | Working | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Five PayEazy dinners of ₹4,000 | ₹1,000 a bill x 5 = ₹5,000, the higher cap, x 12 | ₹60,000 |
| Travel ₹15,000 and shopping ₹15,000 | 10 per ₹100 = 3,000 points a month | 36,000 points |
| Other spends ₹20,000 | 4 per ₹100 = 800 points a month | 9,600 points |
| Points value | 36,000 + 9,600 = 45,600 points at ₹0.10 | ₹4,560 |
| Net after fee | ₹60,000 + ₹4,560 minus ₹3,538.82 | ₹61,021.18 |
Each month's ₹50,000 of non-dining spend qualifies the next month for the ₹5,000 cap, but your very first month on the card has no such previous month and gets ₹2,000, so year one comes to ₹57,000 (₹60,000 minus ₹3,000). It also assumes a credit limit above ₹70,000, since points stop at the assigned limit, and points expire every anniversary year, so spend them on bills before the year closes.

Eligibility and how to apply
IndusInd publishes no eligibility rules of its own for this card. Its listing page gives general Indus Easy Credit criteria instead: you should be between 18 and 70, have a net monthly income of ₹20,000 or more whether salaried or self-employed, and hold a good CIBIL score. That is ₹2,40,000 a year (₹20,000 times 12), a low bar for a ₹2,999 card.
Documents
The online journey are fully digital with Video KYC. Keep your Aadhaar number and PAN ready, plus proof of residence if your current address is different from the one in Aadhaar.
How to apply
- Open Indus Easy Credit from the card page and enter basic details.
- Choose the card offer shown to you; this is where your fee plan appears.
- Sign digitally and complete Video KYC. No physical documents is needed for the online process.
- Once approved, you can generate a virtual card at once, and IndusInd says the plastic reaches you in about 5 days.
What IndusInd will check
The RBI's 2025 card Directions make the bank to assess your credit risk independently, from your own financial means, and to set the limit after counting the limits you already have elsewhere. The RBI fixes no minimum income or age; those are IndusInd's choices, and the final call is IndusInd's alone, not an agent's.
You are entitled to a one-page Key Fact Statement before you accept, and to the specific reasons in writing if rejected. Since this card's points stop at your credit limit, the limit IndusInd give you also decides how much you can earn.

Who gains, who should skip
This card rewards a habit, not a spend level. If you already book tables on EazyDiner and eat out two or more times a month, the 25% PayEazy discount alone covers the ₹3,538.82 yearly cost, as the light example shows. A couple who dine out five times a month at ₹4,000 a meal can reach the ₹5,000 monthly ceiling, as long as their other spending crosses ₹30,000.
Skip it if you order in more than you eat out, because PayEazy is for restaurant bills, and skip it if you travel abroad: 3.5% forex plus GST and no lounge access is a poor mix for trips. Anyone who wants the fee to disappear with spending should know this card never do that.
The trade-offs are plain. Points outside dining are modest, 1% at best on the bank's own ₹0.10 illustration, and they expire every year. In return you get the biggest monthly dining discount of the cards in the next tab (up to ₹5,000 against ₹1,200 on HSBC Live+), but only inside one app.
A card to keep for one purpose, then, and to pair with another card for everyday spends, fuel and travel.
Pros
- Extra 25% off restaurant bills via PayEazy, up to ₹1,000 a bill and ₹5,000 a month
- Welcome kit on eligible fee plans: 12 months of EazyDiner Prime worth ₹3,550 and a ₹7,500 Postcard Hotel voucher
- 10 Reward Points per ₹100 on travel, hotels, shopping and entertainment
- No reward redemption fee on this card
- Fully digital application with Video KYC and a ₹20,000 monthly income floor
Cons
- ₹2,999 plus GST every year with no spend-based waiver
- No published point value, and points expire every anniversary year
- No lounge access and a 3.5% forex mark-up
- Fuel earns nothing and dining has no stated earn rate
- Interest of 3.83% a month (46% a year)
EazyDiner against other dining cards
We set it against three cards built for the same need, money back when you eat out or order food.
HSBC Live+
The HSBC Live+ gives 10% cashback on dining, food delivery, grocery, shopping and utility spends, capped at ₹1,200 a month, and 1.5% on most other spends. Its fee are ₹999, reversed with GST when you spend more than ₹2 lakh a year. Forex is 1.99%, and it gives 2 domestic lounge visits and 1 international visit a year. HSBC's income bar is ₹6 lakh a year if salaried (₹12 lakh if self-employed), and only residents of its listed cities qualify. Live+ works at any restaurant, not just through one app.
Axis Bank Select
The Axis Bank Select costs ₹3,000 a year, waived on ₹8 lakh. Its dining value comes as Swiggy codes (₹200 off twice a month on orders of ₹1,000 or more) and ₹500 off BigBasket once a month on orders of ₹2,500 or more. It earns 10 EDGE points per ₹200, and Axis values its welcome points at ₹0.20 each, so ₹2 per ₹200, or 1%. It also has 2 domestic lounge visits a quarter after ₹50,000 of spend in 3 months, plus Priority Pass with 6 international visits.
Kotak Cashback+
The Kotak Cashback+ is the budget pick at ₹750, waived on ₹2 lakh of retail spends. It pays 5% on online food delivery, online grocery and online entertainment and 3% on fuel, all under one shared cap of ₹750 a billing cycle, and 0.5% elsewhere. No lounge, and 3.5% forex same like EazyDiner.
Picking one
If you eat at EazyDiner restaurants and will pay through PayEazy, the EazyDiner card is the strongest of the four for dining. If you want dining cashback anywhere and a fee you can waive, Live+ is easier. Select suits someone who wants lounges and Swiggy codes, and Cashback+ suits someone who mostly orders in.
Our IndusInd Bank cards page covers the rest of the lineup, IndusInd customer care lists the support numbers, and the card comparison tool and credit cards hub help you shortlist.
