Salaried Loan App Real or Fake? SalariedLoan and Its NBFC Checked
By Abhishek Kumar · Content Writer Edited by BankCreds Content & SEO Team Updated 30 October 2026 Reviewed by BankCreds Financial Experts SalariedLoan is real. It's a website brand owned by Gopi Securities Private Limited, a non-bank lender (NBFC) on RBI's register, and that company lends the money itself. If you searched "Salaried Loan" and found an app, slow down: SalariedLoan has no app, and several unrelated apps use similar names.
Real isn't the same as safe, so we checked that too. The lender is regulated and the price is out in the open. But the site's terms look copied from another company and clash with its own loan pages. Before you apply, check one thing: your Key Fact Statement must name Gopi Securities and show the APR, every fee and your net payout.
SalariedLoan at a glance
- A real company? Yes. The website says it doesn't lend on its own account. Gopi Securities, which owns the brand, gives the loans.
- On RBI's books? The lender is, at entry 2729 of the NBFC register for 30 September 2026. It also declares SalariedLoan as its own lending app.
- An app? No. Everything happens on salariedloan.com, and Google Play had nothing from this lender on 30 October 2026.
- The price? One fixed rate of 35% a year, plus a 2% processing fee and GST on that fee, for ₹10,000 to ₹5,00,000.
- The catch? The terms are full of leftovers from a peer-to-peer lending site, including a penal interest clause RBI doesn't allow.
The company behind SalariedLoan and where your loan comes from
SalariedLoan is the shop window. Its about page says the platform "does not provide loans directly" and names Gopi Securities as the lender. The footer goes a step further and calls SalariedLoan the brand the company lends through.
The link runs both ways. Gopi Securities' own website shows SalariedLoan under "Our brands", beside a sister brand, MoneyFinserve. We cover that one in our Money Finserve review. SalariedLoan's terms also define the lender as Gopi Securities, with the company number (CIN) RBI prints.
The strongest tie is a formal one. The lender's regulatory disclosures page, last reviewed on 21 August 2026, declares SalariedLoan as its own digital lending application. No outside loan service provider or collection agency is named. Your payout leaves the lender's bank account, and your EMIs go straight back into it.
A few details don't line up, though:
- Age. The lender's site says it was set up in 2024, yet its CIN points to a Delhi company from 1994. We couldn't confirm why.
- Addresses. SalariedLoan lists an office on Mathura Road in Faridabad. Its contact map points to a unit in a Faridabad mall instead. RBI's register gives West Patel Nagar in New Delhi.
- Job title. Most pages call Gopi Securities an RBI-registered NBFC. The terms call it a fintech working "in association with" one.
Why SalariedLoan can seem fake, and what's actually normal
Most of the doubt comes from untidy pages, not from any sign of fraud. No RBI warning, police case or news story we could find names SalariedLoan or Gopi Securities. Here's what still makes people wary.
- A generic name. "Salaried loan" is an everyday search phrase. A Play search for it shows other lenders, such as the KR Salaried Personal Loan App by Kredit Rupee. SalaryOnTime, SalaryMantra and Salary Adda are different apps too.
- A young website. The earliest saved copy of the site, from 11 April 2025, is a "Site Under Construction" page.
- Borrowed terms. They talk of lenders picking borrower profiles, escrow accounts and a possible co-signor. One clause even hands domain rights to LenDenClub, a different peer-to-peer firm.
- Figures that clash. The terms cap loans at ₹80,000, the apply page says ₹5,00,000, and the lender's site mentions "up to 50 lakh". One page promises money in 15 minutes, while the FAQ promises no fixed time.
- A wide privacy clause. The policy claims the right to follow your location for as long as you owe money. RBI's 2025 digital lending rules allow one-time location access, for onboarding or KYC only. We saw no location request in the site's code, but the clause stands.
- Small slips. The privacy policy cites a "Companies Act, 1994", which doesn't exist. A mobile number is labelled "Toll Free".
So what's normal? Salary slips, bank statements, PAN, Aadhaar and a selfie are standard KYC asks. So are a DigiLocker check and consent to pull statements through an account aggregator. A note that approval isn't guaranteed, or that you may get less than you asked for, is honest rather than worrying.
Is SalariedLoan RBI registered? Check it yourself
We ran these checks on 30 October 2026, and you can repeat them in this order. For more on each tool, see our step-by-step guide to checking a loan app's RBI approval.
- Note the lender's name. SalariedLoan's about page and footer both give it: Gopi Securities Private Limited.
- Search RBI's list of registered NBFCs. Gopi Securities sits at entry 2729, filed under RBI's New Delhi office. It's a Base layer company that takes no public deposits. RBI's server timed out for us, so we read the 15 October 2026 edition through an Internet Archive copy.
- Match the CIN. The register shows U74899DL1994PTC062391. SalariedLoan's terms quote the same string, and your loan papers should too.
- Expect one gap. The site quotes a registration number, B14.02492. RBI's list carries no registration numbers, so there's nothing to match it against. Its B-14 start does fit the New Delhi office.
- Try RBI's lending apps directory. It timed out on both our tries. If it opens for you, look for SalariedLoan under Gopi Securities.
- Look for warnings. Sachet has no public list to search, and RBI's file of cancelled licences wouldn't open for us. Nothing we found warns against either name.
- Read the KFS before signing. The disclosures promise one first, with the APR, a cost sheet, all charges, your net payout and the repayment plan. If it names any lender other than Gopi Securities, stop.
What you'll pay on a SalariedLoan loan
SalariedLoan prints one rate instead of a wide range, which is rarer than you'd think. This is how its pages read as of October 2026.
Term | As published | Which page says so |
|---|---|---|
Borrowing range | ₹10,000 to ₹5,00,000 (the terms say ₹80,000 at most) | Disclosures and apply page |
Repayment period | 61 days to 12 months (the terms say up to 24 months) | Disclosures and apply page |
Rate | Fixed at 35% a year, which is 2.9166% a month | Apply page; the calculator calls it the maximum |
Processing fee | 2%, with 18% GST on it, deducted before payout | Apply page and disclosures |
APR shown | 35%, even though the fee is extra | Apply page |
Closing early | Free, but if fewer than 3 EMIs are paid, interest on the first 3 is owed | Terms |
Cancelling | ₹1,000 if you cancel yourself | Terms |
Take the site's own case: ₹50,000 over 12 months. You lose ₹1,000 as the fee and ₹180 as GST, leaving ₹48,820 in your account. Twelve EMIs of ₹4,998 then add up to ₹59,978, which includes ₹9,978 of interest.
Put the interest and the ₹1,180 deduction together and the year costs you ₹11,158. That's why the 35% "APR" label undersells it. Our own sum on this example comes to about 39.8% a year with the fee counted. Your KFS should show the real figure, so trust it over the headline.
Late payment is where costs jump. The terms set flat fees by loan size:
Loan size | 7 days late | 4 weeks late |
|---|---|---|
Up to ₹1,00,000 | ₹750 | ₹3,000 |
Over ₹1,00,000, up to ₹3,00,000 | ₹1,000 | ₹4,000 |
Over ₹3,00,000 | ₹1,500 | ₹6,000 |
After a month overdue, the terms also charge an extra 2% penal interest on what's unpaid. RBI's August 2023 circular says penalties must be penal charges, never extra interest. Its own disclosures agree with RBI, so the terms contradict them. Smaller ₹300 fees cover tracing you, a recovery visit, and changing your EMI date or bank account.
What borrowers say about SalariedLoan
There's almost nothing to read. With no Play listing, there's no star rating, review count or dated review, and the website shows no customer stories. So there are no sudden bursts of praise to question either.
We found no complaints on record against the brand or its lender, as of 30 October 2026. That's a neutral result, not a recommendation. Any rating you see for a "SalariedLoan app" belongs to some other app.
How to tell a fake SalariedLoan offer from the real one
A web-only brand with a plain name is simple for scammers to borrow. Run any offer past these points.
- An app is a warning sign. The site's code links to no app store. Any APK or "download our app" message in its name didn't come from Gopi Securities. Unknown APKs skip store checks and can ask to read your contacts, photos and SMS.
- Type the address yourself. Go to salariedloan.com directly, not through a link in a text or WhatsApp message.
- Nothing to pay up front. SalariedLoan says applying is free, and its fee comes out of an approved loan. No charge is due unless the KFS lists it. A caller wanting a "file charge" first isn't the lender.
- No personal UPI IDs. Money moves only between you and the lender's bank account. Repayment happens on the Repay Loan page, after a PAN and OTP check, through Razorpay or Cashfree.
- Known contacts only. The brand uses one mobile number, +91-9650299109, and email addresses ending in gopisecurities.com. The lender's own site adds +91 8800978013.
- Collectors must prove it. No outside recovery agency is declared, and the recovery code bans threats, public shaming and pulling in your family or friends.
Trouble with a SalariedLoan loan? Who to contact
Start with the lender and keep every message. Then move up a level if it stalls.
- Customer care. Ring +91-9650299109, which also works on WhatsApp, or write to care@gopisecurities.com. Repayment help is at collection@gopisecurities.com. The footer says 24/7, but the application screens say Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Grievance desk. Email grievance@gopisecurities.com with "Complaint & Grievance Register" in the subject line. A reply is promised within 7 working days. Tasleem Saifi, the nodal officer, uses the same mobile number.
- RBI. Still stuck after 30 days? Complain to the RBI Integrated Ombudsman online at cms.rbi.org.in, or ring 14448.
- Fraud. If someone posing as SalariedLoan took your money or data, dial 1930 at once.
Every one of these is listed on our SalariedLoan customer care page. Our care number directory covers other lenders.
Is SalariedLoan right for you?
It may suit you if you draw a salary above ₹25,000 a month, are aged 21 to 58 and have a fair CIBIL score. You'll also need a savings account and an address in a locality it serves. It's a sensible pick if you want a registered lender and a rate shown in advance.
Self-employed? Then it isn't for you, because it only lends against a salary. Skip it too if you want borrower reviews first, or if your credit could win a rate under 35%. The location clause and copied terms are fair reasons to pause.
Three regulated options to compare for similar amounts:
- CASHe is also built for salaried borrowers, and its app has a public review history.
- FlexSalary comes from a named NBFC, focuses on salaried users and suits smaller loans too.
- Moneyview lends similar amounts through named partners, with a long-running app as a benchmark.

Frequently asked questions about SalariedLoan
Is SalariedLoan real or fake?
SalariedLoan is real. The brand belongs to Gopi Securities Private Limited, which is on RBI's NBFC register and funds every loan. Its disclosures page lists SalariedLoan as the company's lending app. We found no RBI warning, police case or news story against either name. The weak spots are copied terms and pages that disagree, not signs of a scam.
Is SalariedLoan approved by RBI?
Its lender is registered, and that's what counts for a brand like this. Gopi Securities Private Limited appears at entry 2729 of RBI's NBFC register for 30 September 2026, filed under New Delhi. Its CIN there matches the one in SalariedLoan's terms. RBI's lending apps directory wouldn't load for us, but the lender declares the brand on its own disclosures page.
What does a SalariedLoan loan really cost?
The rate is a fixed 35% a year. A 2% fee and 18% GST on it come off before payout. Borrow ₹50,000 for 12 months and ₹48,820 lands in your account, while you repay ₹59,978 in total. With the fee counted, our estimate of the yearly cost is about 39.8%. Late fees start at ₹750 after 7 days on loans up to ₹1,00,000.
What is the SalariedLoan customer care number?
SalariedLoan's number is +91-9650299109, for calls and WhatsApp, and its support email is care@gopisecurities.com. The same number reaches the grievance officer, Tasleem Saifi. Complaints go to grievance@gopisecurities.com. The lender's own website also shows +91 8800978013. Hours are given as Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM in one place and 24/7 in another.
What if I get threatening or fake calls about a SalariedLoan loan?
SalariedLoan declares no outside recovery agency, and its recovery code bars threats and pulling in your family or friends. Ask any caller for their name and employer in writing, and note the time of each call. Then email the grievance team with the details. If someone demands money to a personal account or UPI ID, don't pay. Call 1930 instead.
How do I close a SalariedLoan loan early, or cancel it?
Write to care@gopisecurities.com, the address the terms give for prepayment, and ask what you owe today. The terms charge nothing for early closure, and the KFS should confirm it. The one exception: with fewer than 3 EMIs paid, interest for those first 3 is still due. Cancelling costs ₹1,000. Pay on the Repay Loan page and keep written proof that the account is closed.
Is SalariedLoan the same as the KR Salaried Personal Loan App?
No. The KR Salaried Personal Loan App on Google Play is published by Kredit Rupee and isn't linked to SalariedLoan. Gopi Securities has no app as of October 2026. SalaryOnTime, SalaryMantra, Salary Adda and Salary Now are separate brands too. Before you share any documents, check that the offer names Gopi Securities Private Limited as the lender.
