Rupee112 is an instant personal loan app that says it's the lending brand of Aadhar India Finvest Limited, an NBFC listed in RBI's register. What you most need to know: its own pages disagree on the fee, the loan limits and even which NBFC lends, and Aadhar's website doesn't show Rupee112 among its apps. Check the lender named on your sanction letter before you accept anything. On paper you can borrow ₹20,000 to ₹5,00,000 for 61 to 365 days at a stated 35% APR. The website adds a 10% processing fee plus GST, while the Play listing says 2%. Recent Play reviews describe abusive recovery calls to family members. This review covers rates, eligibility, charges, documents, user feedback, customer care and the RBI complaint route, as of October 2026.

Our Ratings

Disbursal speed 3.0/5

The company says money lands within 10 minutes of approval, but recent reviewers also describe loans shown as paid out that never reached their account.

Interest & cost 1.5/5

A 10% fee plus GST and 0.25% a day for late payment make it expensive, and its own pages can't agree on the fee.

App experience 2.5/5

The process is fully digital, but one recent reviewer reports form bugs, WhatsApp messages they didn't agree to and no option to delete the account.

Customer support 1.5/5

Phone numbers and grievance officers differ across its own pages, and many reviews describe rude or abusive recovery calls.

Safety & transparency 2.0/5

The lender is RBI registered, but shifting NBFC names, a lender site that leaves Rupee112 out and a Data safety form that contradicts the privacy policy cut trust.

Pros

  • Published on Play by Aadhar India Finvest, an NBFC listed in RBI's register
  • Stated rate cap of 35% APR, with a maximum monthly rate of 2.9%
  • No preclosure charge is listed, so repaying early shouldn't cost extra
  • Fully digital application, with disbursal claimed within 10 minutes of approval
  • Stated tenure of 61 to 365 days clears Google Play's 60-day minimum on paper

Cons

  • Website lists a 10% processing fee plus 18% GST, while the Play listing says 2%
  • Late payment costs 0.25% a day on overdue principal, plus a ₹500 NACH bounce charge
  • Its pages give different loan limits, from ₹5,000 or ₹20,000 up to ₹1,20,000 or ₹5,00,000
  • Many recent reviews describe abusive recovery calls, including calls to relatives
  • Website eligibility is salaried only, with monthly income above ₹30,000

Our Verdict

Rupee112 isn't an unregistered app. Aadhar India Finvest Limited is in RBI's NBFC register, and the Play listing is published in its name. That's about where the comfort ends. Since January its store listings have named Vrinda Finlease and Dev-Aashish Capitals, and now Aadhar India Finvest, as its developer or NBFC. Its website still lists a handful of other lenders, and Aadhar's own partner page shows Loan112, not Rupee112. Cost is the bigger worry. A 10% fee plus GST comes off the top, and the advertised 35% APR matches the interest rate alone, so the real yearly cost is higher once the fee is counted. Pay late and you're charged 0.25% a day on the overdue principal. The privacy policy says SMS data goes to third parties and your app list goes to a device data firm, yet the Play Data safety form says nothing is collected. The terms even claim a right to track your location after you uninstall. If you're salaried and need ₹20,000 or more quickly, an app with one clearly named lender and a plain Key Fact Statement is the safer pick. If you still use Rupee112, read the KFS, check the amount you'll actually receive and repay only through its official repayment page.

Who Rupee112 suits

Salaried borrowers earning over ₹30,000 a month who need ₹20,000 or more quickly
People who can repay well before the due date, since no preclosure charge is listed
Borrowers who'll read the KFS line by line and walk away if the fee or term looks different

Look elsewhere if

You want one clearly named lender whose own website lists the app
You can't afford a 10% fee coming off the loan before the money reaches you
You're worried about recovery calls reaching your family or contacts

Not sure the app is genuine? Is Rupee112 real or fake? How to check it yourself

Things to Watch

  • The named NBFC has changed more than once this year, and Aadhar India Finvest's own partner page lists Loan112, not Rupee112.
  • Play Data safety says no data is collected, yet the privacy policy says SMS details are sent to third parties.
  • The terms claim a right to track your location even after you uninstall the app.
  • Borrowers report calls to family, verbal abuse and one-month repayment terms, below the stated 61-day minimum.
  • The newest five-star reviews come in bursts of near-identical one-liners, and one reviewer said they were paid.

How to Apply for Rupee112

  1. 1

    Check who lends

Before sharing documents, find the NBFC named on the loan offer. It should be Aadhar India Finvest Limited or a lender whose own site lists Rupee112.

  2. 2

    Register and complete KYC

Sign up with your mobile number and OTP, then upload PAN, Aadhaar, a selfie and bank details inside the app. Don't email KYC documents to anyone.

  3. 3

Read the KFS and sanction letter

Check the processing fee, the amount to be credited, the tenure and each due date. Walk away if the term is shorter than 61 days.

  4. 4

Accept and repay only on official channels

Set up the NACH mandate, then repay through the app or the repayment page on its official site, and keep every receipt.

Documents Required

PAN card
Aadhaar card
Recent salary slips, two to three months
Last 3 months' bank statements from your salary account
Address proof such as an electricity or LPG bill

What Real Users Say

Treat the 4.3 with caution. The newest reviews are dominated by short, repeated five-star lines posted in bursts, some praise other products entirely, and one reviewer wrote that the reviews were paid.

The Play listing shows 4.3 stars from 32,752 ratings, but the split is lopsided: 26,669 five-star and 5,310 one-star, with very few in between. Detailed recent reviews lean clearly negative.

What users love

Happy reviewers mention quick KYC, an easy form and money arriving within minutes in an emergency, though even some of them say the interest is high.

Common complaints

October 2026 complaints centre on recovery calls before the due date, abuse and calls to relatives, loans shown as disbursed but not credited, high charges and short terms. One borrower said they got ₹15,000 and owed ₹24,120 after one month.

How Rupee112 Compares

vs KreditBee — A regulated option covering a similar ticket size; compare its KFS fee and lender disclosure with Rupee112's before you choose.

vs Moneyview — Worth checking if you're salaried and want a personal loan whose fee and tenure are set out clearly before you sign.

vs Fibe — Another regulated app for salaried borrowers; see whether its total cost beats a 10% upfront fee on a short loan.

How we tested

On 30 October 2026 we read Rupee112's website pages, its Google Play listing, the Data safety page and the newest Play reviews, plus archived copies of earlier store listings. We checked the own sites of Aadhar India Finvest and the other NBFCs it names, and RBI's NBFC register as on September 30, 2026. RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory and cancelled registration list wouldn't load for us. We didn't take a loan, so speed and recovery conduct come from user reports.

Rupee112 Customer Support Details

Rupee112 is the app of Aadhar India Finvest, an RBI-registered NBFC. Its partner page lists four more NBFCs, so check your loan papers for your lender. No support hours are published; replies take 24 to 48 business hours. To escalate, write to grievance officer Sharad Adhikari (+91-9355500814). Then write to Aadhar's grievance officer, Sushil Kumar Poddar (+91-9355954464, grievance@aadharindiafinvest.com). Rupee112's pages name Divya Agnihotri for that role instead, so address both. The Play listing shows another care number, +91-91125-39112.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Rupee112 safe and RBI registered?
Rupee112 is the app brand of Aadhar India Finvest Limited, an NBFC listed in RBI's register as on September 30, 2026, so the lender is regulated. But the app has named other NBFCs before, its website lists several lenders, and Aadhar's own partner page doesn't show Rupee112. We couldn't open RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory to confirm the link, so check the lender on your sanction letter.
What does a Rupee112 loan really cost?
Rupee112 states a fixed 35% APR, or up to 2.9% a month. Its website adds a 10% processing fee plus 18% GST, taken out of the loan upfront, though the Play listing says 2%. On ₹50,000 over 12 months at 35% with the 10% fee, you'd receive about ₹44,100 and repay ₹59,978. Paying late adds 0.25% a day on overdue principal.
How much can I borrow from Rupee112, and for how long?
The website's rate table says ₹20,000 to ₹5,00,000 for 61 to 365 days. Other pages disagree: the Play listing starts at ₹5,000, the FAQ page stops at ₹1,20,000 and the About page at ₹1,50,000. Some borrowers report one-month loans, which would break the stated minimum. Whatever the app offers you, confirm the amount and tenure in the Key Fact Statement before signing.
Who is eligible for a Rupee112 loan, and what documents do I need?
The website says you must be an Indian resident, salaried, aged 21 to 55 and earning over ₹30,000 a month. The Play listing says 25 or above and also allows self-employed people. Expect to give PAN, Aadhaar, salary slips, 3 months of bank statements, address proof such as an electricity or LPG bill, and a selfie. Upload them only inside the app.
What is the Rupee112 customer care number, and how do I complain?
The website lists +91-7835019091 and care@rupee112.com, while the Play listing gives +91-91125-39112. For grievances, write to grievance@rupee112.com, where the privacy policy names Sharad Adhikari. You can escalate to the lender's grievance officer, Sushil Kumar Poddar, at grievance@aadharindiafinvest.com. If nothing is fixed within 30 days, complain on RBI's Complaint Management System.
What can I do if Rupee112 recovery agents call my family or contacts?
Stay calm and note the date, number and what was said. RBI's digital lending rules bar lending apps from accessing your contact list, and lenders must share a recovery agent's details with you before that agent calls. Email the grievance officer with your evidence and, if it isn't resolved, complain to RBI. For threats or abuse, file a police or cyber crime complaint as well.
How do I file a complaint against Rupee112?
Work the escalation ladder in order. First, raise the complaint with Rupee112 support (care@rupee112.com) and insist on a written complaint reference number — a call with no reference number effectively did not happen. If it is unresolved, escalate to the grievance redressal officer at grievance@rupee112.com. The regulated entity has 30 days to resolve it. After that, you can complain free of cost to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in — no lawyer is needed, and the decision is binding on the lender.
How do I stop harassment calls from Rupee112 recovery agents?
RBI's rules on recovery conduct are specific: agents may not call before 8 a.m. or after 7 p.m., may not use threats, abuse or intimidation, and may not contact people from your phonebook to shame you. Blanket access to your contacts and photos is prohibited for digital lenders. If this is happening, save the evidence — call logs, screenshots, recordings — and complain to the lender's grievance officer (grievance@rupee112.com), then to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in if it continues. If the app is not a regulated entity at all, report it on the RBI Sachet portal (sachet.rbi.org.in) and to the cyber-crime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. Harassment, morphed images and contact-list shaming are criminal offences regardless of whether you owe money.
