TezCredit is a personal loan app owned by Finagle Financial Services Private Limited, a New Delhi NBFC listed in RBI's register, and Finagle is also the lender that sends you the money. The one thing to know: the Play listing promises loans over 3 to 60 months at 12% to 36% a year, but many recent borrowers describe loans of about a month with heavy upfront deductions and interest they say runs at 1% per day. We checked Finagle against RBI's register, read TezCredit's own policies and Play listing, and went through recent dated reviews. Below you'll see what each source says a loan costs, who to complain to, and why the app's review feed and data-sharing declarations call for caution, as of October 2026.

Our Ratings

Disbursal speed 2.0/5

Some borrowers get money within minutes, but many recent reviews describe loans marked as sent that took days or never arrived.

Interest & cost 1.0/5

The listing advertises 12% to 36% a year, yet borrowers report month-long loans with big deductions and interest they say runs daily.

App experience 2.0/5

KYC is fully digital, but reviewers report OTP and KYC failures, rejections after full data collection and repaid loans still showing as due.

Customer support 1.5/5

There's no published helpline, only email and named grievance officers, and reviewers say their emails go unanswered for days.

Safety & transparency 2.0/5

The lender is RBI-registered and owns the app, but advertised terms clash with its own policy and the review feed looks padded.

Loan Details & Charges

Loan Amount ₹5,000 to ₹2,50,000
Interest Rate 12% to 36% a year
Tenure 3 months to 60 months
Processing Fee Up to 5% + GST
Late Payment Not quantified anywhere we could read. FAQ: late repayment "will attract additional charges"; TezCredit's interest and penal charges policy says no penal interest, with any penalty applied only to the overdue amount under a schedule of charges in the loan kit (not published online).
Foreclosure Play listing: "Foreclosure & Part-Prepayment Available", no fee stated. Finagle's homepage says "No Prepayment Charges", but its interest rate policy allows prepayment penalties at its discretion.
Bounce Charges Listed as a possible charge ("EMI Bounce charges") in the credit policy; amount not published.

Eligibility Criteria

Age 21-58 years
Min Income ₹18,000 per month
Employment Salaried (permanent/regular status, at least 3 months of salary credits with current employer)
Documents PAN, Aadhaar (DigiLocker), income proof (bank statements showing salary), selfie, permanent and current address proof, reference contact details, bank account for disbursal

What It Actually Costs

Loan amount ₹30,000
Tenure 6 months
Monthly EMI ₹5,356
Total interest ₹2,135
Processing fee ₹1,416 (2.5% processing ₹750 + 1.5% conversion ₹450 + 18% GST ₹216), deducted upfront
Total repayment ₹32,135

Uses the inputs of TezCredit's own illustrative example on Play, which rounds the EMI and shows ₹32,136; you'd receive about ₹28,584. Borrowers describe much shorter, costlier loans, so go by the rupee figures in your Key Fact Statement.

Pros

  • Lender Finagle Financial Services is listed in RBI's NBFC register, at serial 2321
  • Finagle's own website names TezCredit as its in-house lending app
  • Play listing shows a worked example with fees, EMI, amount paid out and APR
  • Fully digital application with PAN, Aadhaar, a selfie and bank statements
  • Named grievance officers and a published escalation route up to RBI

Cons

  • Borrowers describe month-long loans priced by the day, not the 3 to 60 months advertised
  • Fees can take a big bite: one reviewer got ₹19,550 on a ₹23,000 loan
  • Many reviews report loans shown as disbursed that never reached the bank
  • No customer-care phone line; support is by email and reviewers say replies are slow
  • Data safety says SMS, installed apps, files and location may be shared with third parties

Our Verdict

TezCredit clears the first test. Finagle Financial Services Private Limited appears in RBI's list of registered NBFCs as on September 30, 2026, at serial 2321, and Finagle's own website names TezCredit as its in-house lending app. So a regulated company stands behind every loan, and there's a formal complaint route that ends with RBI's Ombudsman. The trouble is the gap between the advert and the loan. The Play listing offers EMIs over up to 60 months, while TezCredit's own credit policy caps retail loans at 3 years. Borrowers describe something else again: loans of about a month, fees that take a big bite before the money lands, and loans marked as sent that never reached their bank. One reviewer said a ₹23,000 loan paid out ₹19,550 and asked for ₹28,980 back. Add bursts of near-identical five-star reviews in October, no customer-care phone line, and SMS and installed-app data declared as shared with third parties, and the headline terms are hard to trust. If you do borrow, read the Key Fact Statement and check the amount you'll receive, the total repayment and the due date in rupees before you sign. If a bank or a bigger regulated app will lend to you, try that first.

Who TezCredit suits

Salaried borrowers earning at least ₹18,000 a month who need a small sum quickly
Repeat borrowers who already know the exact fees and repayment from an earlier TezCredit loan
People who'll read the Key Fact Statement closely and can repay well before the due date

Look elsewhere if

You want a genuine multi-month EMI loan at a predictable yearly rate
You need a phone helpline you can call when something goes wrong
You're self-employed or can't show three months of salary credits

Things to Watch

  • Advertised terms (₹5,000 to ₹2,50,000 over 3 to 60 months at 12% to 36% a year) don't match borrower accounts of loans lasting about a month, and Google Play bars personal loans that must be repaid in full in 60 days or less.
  • TezCredit's own credit policy caps retail loans at 3 years, so the 60-month maximum on the Play listing contradicts the company's own rules.
  • October brought bursts of generic, near-identical five-star reviews on single days, plus off-topic five-star posts, which makes the 4.5 rating unreliable.
  • The Data safety section declares SMS, installed apps, files, photos and location as shared with third parties while also saying no data is collected; RBI's digital lending rules bar access to files and media.
  • The FAQ says a loan can't be cancelled once disbursed, though RBI's rules and Finagle's own fair practice code promise a penalty-free exit during a cooling-off period.

What Real Users Say

Play shows 4.5 from 6.81K reviews as of October 2026, but through October the feed fills with polished, near-identical five-star reviews posted in clusters on the same days, plus off-topic ones, so the average likely overstates real satisfaction.

Recent Play reviews split sharply: short or generic five-star posts sit beside a steady stream of one-star complaints about cost, disbursal and support.

What users love

The praise that reads as genuine is about speed: quick approval, paperless KYC and money arriving fast, especially on repeat loans. Even some happy users say the interest is high.

Common complaints

The commonest complaints are loans marked as disbursed that never reached the bank while interest kept running, heavy upfront deductions on short loans, rejections after full KYC despite good credit scores, repaid loans still showing as due, and emails going unanswered. A few describe rude or early-morning recovery calls, and one alleges threats.

How TezCredit Compares

vs Moneyview — A larger regulated option for salaried borrowers that's built around monthly EMIs, so it suits you better if you want instalments rather than a short loan.

vs KreditBee — Covers similar small tickets through regulated lenders with a wider choice of tenures, so compare its offer before you accept TezCredit's.

vs Lendingplate — An NBFC that lends to salaried applicants directly, which makes it a useful like-for-like check on fees and APR.

How we tested

On 30 October 2026 we read TezCredit's website, FAQ and policy pages, its Play listing and Data safety section, and the newest dated Play reviews back to early August. We matched Finagle Financial Services against RBI's NBFC register as on September 30, 2026, through an Internet Archive copy, and read Finagle's own partner, grievance and interest rate pages. RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory, its cancelled-registration list and MCA records wouldn't load for us, so those checks are unconfirmed. We didn't take a loan.

TezCredit Customer Support Details

TezCredit is the app of Finagle Financial Services, an RBI-registered NBFC, so it lends to you directly. Support is by email, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. There is no customer-care phone line. The only number on its pages belongs to grievance officer Ms. Shradha Jain (+91 92119 91861, weekdays 10 am to 6 pm). Still stuck? Write to Finagle's grievance officer, Yasmin Tabbassum (+91-8796101685, grievance@finaglenbfc.com). The last step is its Principal Nodal Officer, Suhail Sheikh.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is TezCredit safe and RBI registered?
TezCredit is the lending app of Finagle Financial Services Private Limited, which appears in RBI's NBFC register as on September 30, 2026, and Finagle names TezCredit as its own app. So a regulated lender stands behind it. That doesn't make every loan fair. Borrowers report short loans with heavy deductions and money shown as sent that never arrived, so read your Key Fact Statement before you sign.
What does a TezCredit loan really cost?
On paper, interest is 12% to 36% a year, with a processing fee of up to 5% plus GST, a conversion fee of up to 2% plus GST and a maximum APR of 50%. The app's own example, ₹30,000 for 6 months at 24%, carries ₹1,416 in fees and an APR of 41.47%. Some borrowers say they were actually charged 1% a day.
How much can I borrow from TezCredit, and for how long?
The Play listing offers ₹5,000 to ₹2,50,000 over 3 to 60 months. The website's own calculator stops at ₹1,00,000, and TezCredit's credit policy caps retail loans at 3 years. Recent reviewers mostly describe loans of around a month. Treat the amount and tenure in your sanction letter and Key Fact Statement as the real terms, not the advert.
Who can get a TezCredit loan, and what documents are needed?
You need to be an Indian citizen aged 21 to 58, salaried with permanent or regular status, earning at least ₹18,000 a month, with at least 3 months of salary credits at your current employer. Expect to share PAN, Aadhaar, a selfie, bank statements showing your salary, address details and a reference contact. TezCredit also runs a credit check.
How do I contact TezCredit customer care or file a complaint?
Email support@tezcredit.com, which TezCredit says is staffed Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; it doesn't publish a customer-care phone line. If that fails, write to grievance officer Ms Shradha Jain at grievance@tezcredit.com or call +91 92119 91861. Next, contact Finagle's grievance officer, Yasmin Tabbassum, at grievance@finaglenbfc.com. If it's still unresolved after 30 days, go to the RBI Ombudsman.
Why does TezCredit show my loan as disbursed when no money reached my bank?
Many recent reviewers describe exactly this, and TezCredit's replies on Play blame a temporary technical issue at the bank's end. Ask support in writing for the UTR number of the transfer, not just a reference ID, and check it with your bank. Finagle's interest policy says interest should start only from the date funds actually reach you, so complain if you're charged before that.
How do I stop harassment calls from TezCredit recovery agents?
RBI's rules on recovery conduct are specific: agents may not call before 8 a.m. or after 7 p.m., may not use threats, abuse or intimidation, and may not contact people from your phonebook to shame you. Blanket access to your contacts and photos is prohibited for digital lenders. If this is happening, save the evidence — call logs, screenshots, recordings — and complain to the lender's grievance officer (grievance@tezcredit.com), then to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in if it continues. If the app is not a regulated entity at all, report it on the RBI Sachet portal (sachet.rbi.org.in) and to the cyber-crime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. Harassment, morphed images and contact-list shaming are criminal offences regardless of whether you owe money.
