DhanCash App Reviews, Customer Care Number & Details

Web-only loans from RBI-registered NBFC Ind Global Securities at 0.4%–1.1% a day

This DhanCash app review covers interest rates, eligibility, charges, documents and real borrower feedback, along with the verified DhanCash customer care number, WhatsApp channel and support email — plus the RBI grievance route if a complaint is not resolved in 30 days.

DhanCash is a web-only instant loan brand run by Ind Global Securities Limited, a Delhi NBFC that does appear in RBI's register. The thing to know first is the price: the company's own interest-rate policy sets interest at 0.4% to 1.1% per day, which is at least 146% a year before any processing fee.

The homepage pitches something gentler, with loans up to ₹5 lakh repaid over 3 to 24 months. Yet the same page's FAQ caps applications at ₹1 lakh, and the board-approved policy says the company provides payday loans. There is no DhanCash app on Google Play, so there is no public rating to lean on either. Here is what we could and could not confirm, as of October 2026.

Our Ratings

Disbursal speed 3.0/5

The site promises money within minutes, but with no app reviews or test loan we could not confirm it.

Interest & cost 1.0/5

Per-day pricing of 0.4% to 1.1% is extremely expensive even at the low end, and the processing fee is undisclosed.

App experience 2.5/5

There is no Play Store app; the web flow sits behind an OTP gate and shows terms only after you apply.

Customer support 3.0/5

A helpline, email and named grievance officer are published with a staged escalation path, though we did not test them.

Safety & transparency 2.5/5

The lender is in RBI's register, but contradictory product claims and a post-uninstall location clause erode trust.

Loan Details & Charges

Loan Amount Up to Rs 1,00,000 (FAQ; homepage says up to Rs 5 lakh)
Interest Rate 0.4% – 1.1% per day (146% – 401.5% a year)
Tenure 3 – 24 months
Processing Fee Not disclosed
Late Payment ₹500 per month (excluding GST) penal charge on default, per the interest-rate policy; not capitalised.
Foreclosure Homepage says no prepayment penalties; FAQ says any prepayment charges will be communicated beforehand. 3-day cooling-off exit by repaying principal plus proportionate APR.

Eligibility Criteria

Age 21-55 years
Min Income Rs 20,000 per month
Employment Salaried (About page); FAQ says self-employed may also apply
Documents Aadhaar, PAN, bank statement or salary slip (homepage); About page adds last 3 months' salary-account statements and salary slips, residence proof and a current photograph

What It Actually Costs

Loan amount ₹10,000
Tenure 3 months
Monthly EMI ₹4,175
Total interest ₹2,526
Processing fee Not disclosed
Total repayment ₹12,526

Illustrative: ₹10,000 over 3 months at 146% a year, which is the bottom of DhanCash's stated 0.4%–1.1% per-day range multiplied by 365 (the top works out to 401.5% a year). The processing fee is not disclosed, so it is left out here; any fee plus 18% GST deducted upfront would cut the ₹10,000 you actually receive.

Pros

  • Names its lender: Ind Global Securities Limited, listed in RBI's NBFC register at serial 3129
  • Publishes a named grievance officer and an escalation path that ends at RBI
  • Interest-rate, recovery, credit and fair-practice policies are all on its website
  • A 3-day cooling-off window lets you exit by repaying principal and proportionate APR
  • Fully online application using Aadhaar, PAN and bank details, with no branch visit

Cons

  • Interest of 0.4% to 1.1% per day means at least 146% a year
  • Processing fee is never quantified anywhere on the site
  • Contradictory claims: ₹5 lakh vs ₹1 lakh, 3–24 month tenures vs payday loans
  • No Play Store app, so no public rating or dated user reviews to check
  • Terms claim location tracking continues after you uninstall, until dues are cleared

Our Verdict

DhanCash is not an anonymous loan funnel. It names its lender, Ind Global Securities Limited, and that company sits in RBI's list of registered NBFCs as on June 30, 2026, at serial 3129. It also publishes a named grievance officer, a recovery code and a board-approved interest-rate policy. The trouble is what those documents say. At 0.4% to 1.1% a day, the cheapest DhanCash loan costs about 146% a year, and the processing fee on top is never stated. The marketing promises ₹5 lakh over up to 24 months; the policy describes payday loans. The terms also claim a right to keep tracking your location after you uninstall, which sits badly with RBI's rule that lending apps may access location only once, for onboarding or KYC. And we could not open RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory to confirm the listing. Our view: treat DhanCash as a last resort for a short gap, not a personal loan. If you do apply, read the Key Fact Statement line by line and walk away if the APR or fee is missing. Most salaried borrowers will pay far less at a Play-listed app with an RBI-registered lender and published rates.

Who DhanCash suits

Salaried borrowers who need a small sum for a few weeks and are certain they can repay on the due date
People who have read the Key Fact Statement and found the total cost acceptable against other offers
Borrowers who would rather deal with a lender that names its NBFC and grievance officer than an anonymous app

Look elsewhere if

You need a larger loan over many months: per-day pricing makes long tenures very expensive
You want to read a public rating and dated user reviews before you borrow
You are not comfortable with SMS data collection or a claimed right to track your location after uninstall

Things to Watch

  • Per-day pricing (0.4% to 1.1% a day) with no APR figure or sample Key Fact Statement published
  • Homepage, FAQ and board policy disagree on loan size, tenure and even the type of loan
  • Terms claim ongoing location tracking after uninstall, beyond RBI's one-time, need-based access rule
  • The site calls DhanCash an NBFC in one place and a Loan Service Provider in another
  • No official Play Store app; a third-party 'Dhancash' guide app on Play is not the lender

How to Apply for DhanCash

  1. 1

    Start on the real website

Type dhancash.com yourself. There is no official Play Store app, so skip look-alike apps and links sent by strangers.

  2. 2

    Verify your mobile number

Enter your number and the 6-digit OTP, then accept the terms and privacy policy to open the application.

  3. 3

    Complete digital KYC

Share Aadhaar, PAN and bank details. You may be asked for bank statements, salary slips, residence proof and a photograph.

  4. 4

    Read the KFS before signing

Check the APR, processing fee, repayment date and total repayable in the Key Fact Statement and sanction letter. Walk away if any is missing.

  5. 5

    Set up repayment

Approve the NACH mandate and repay by auto-debit, UPI or net banking. You can still exit during the 3-day cooling-off period.

Documents Required

Aadhaar card
PAN card
Bank statement or salary slip (the About page asks for the last 3 months of each)
Residence proof such as driving licence, voter ID, passport or a utility bill
A current photograph

What Real Users Say

No Play Store rating exists to report. Ignore star ratings attached to third-party 'guide' apps or blogs; they are not DhanCash's.

There is no DhanCash listing on Google Play, so we found no dated public reviews to read as of October 2026.

What users love

The only praise we found is the set of testimonials on DhanCash's own homepage, which describe quick, round-the-clock digital disbursal. They are undated and cannot be verified.

Common complaints

We found no dated complaints, news reports or regulator cautions naming DhanCash or Ind Global Securities. With no visible user base, that silence tells you little either way.

How DhanCash Compares

vs mPokket — Better for small, short loans if you want a long-running Play Store app and RBI-registered lending partners you can check.

vs KreditBee — Lends through its own RBI-registered NBFC with published rate and fee ranges, and suits borrowers who need longer to repay.

vs Moneyview — A Play-listed option with monthly EMI tenures and a disclosed fee structure, worth checking before any per-day loan.

How we tested

On 6 October 2026 we read every policy page on dhancash.com — terms, privacy, interest-rate, credit, fair-practice, recovery, outsourcing and grievance — searched Google Play for the app, and matched the lender against RBI's NBFC register and cancelled-licence list. We did not apply for a loan, so we never saw a Key Fact Statement, sanction letter or actual fee. RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory would not load for us, and we could not test disbursal speed or call the helpline.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is DhanCash safe and RBI registered?
DhanCash itself is a brand, not a licence. Its lender, Ind Global Securities Limited, is in RBI's list of registered NBFCs as on June 30, 2026, at serial 3129 under the New Delhi office, and is not on the cancelled list. So the lender is regulated, but the product is costly and loosely described, and we could not confirm the app in RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory.
What is the real cost of a DhanCash loan?
DhanCash's interest-rate policy sets interest at 0.4% to 1.1% per day, so even the lowest rate comes to 146% a year. The site never states the processing fee, saying only that charges are communicated upfront, and a default adds a ₹500 monthly penal charge plus GST. On ₹10,000 over 3 months at 146%, you would repay about ₹12,526 before any fee.
How much can I borrow from DhanCash, and for how long?
It depends which line you read. The homepage advertises loans up to ₹5 lakh over 3 to 24 months, while the same page's FAQ says you can apply for up to ₹1 lakh. The company's interest-rate policy describes payday loans priced per day. Your actual amount and repayment date appear only in the sanction letter and Key Fact Statement, so check them before signing.
Who is eligible for a DhanCash loan and what documents are needed?
The homepage asks for Indian citizens aged 21 to 55 earning at least ₹20,000 a month; the About page says applicants must be salaried and above 25. Expect to share Aadhaar, PAN and a bank statement or salary slip, and possibly 3 months of statements and slips, residence proof and a photograph. The FAQ says a thin credit history may still get an offer.
What is the DhanCash customer care number and how do I complain?
DhanCash lists 9319695854 and info@dhancash.com for support, promising a reply within 7 days. If that fails, escalate to grievance officer Mr. Parteek Bansal on 9056006537 or nodalofficer@dhancash.com. If the issue is still open after one month, its policy points you to RBI's New Delhi regional office, and you can also file at cms.rbi.org.in. Use only contacts from DhanCash's own site.
Is there a DhanCash app on the Play Store?
We found none as of October 2026; DhanCash takes applications on its website. A Play listing called '(Dhancash) Loan App Guide' is a third-party guide that says it is not affiliated with any entity, so do not share documents through it. Dhan Pocket is also a separate brand, run by Pawansut Holdings Ltd rather than DhanCash's lender.
How do I file a complaint against DhanCash?
Work the escalation ladder in order. First, raise the complaint with DhanCash support (info@dhancash.com) and insist on a written complaint reference number — a call with no reference number effectively did not happen. If it is unresolved, escalate to the grievance redressal officer at nodalofficer@dhancash.com. The regulated entity has 30 days to resolve it. After that, you can complain free of cost to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in — no lawyer is needed, and the decision is binding on the lender.
How do I stop harassment calls from DhanCash recovery agents?
RBI's rules on recovery conduct are specific: agents may not call before 8 a.m. or after 7 p.m., may not use threats, abuse or intimidation, and may not contact people from your phonebook to shame you. Blanket access to your contacts and photos is prohibited for digital lenders. If this is happening, save the evidence — call logs, screenshots, recordings — and complain to the lender's grievance officer (nodalofficer@dhancash.com), then to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in if it continues. If the app is not a regulated entity at all, report it on the RBI Sachet portal (sachet.rbi.org.in) and to the cyber-crime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. Harassment, morphed images and contact-list shaming are criminal offences regardless of whether you owe money.
