InCred Finance: Quick Loan App is the personal loan app of InCred Financial Services Limited, the Mumbai NBFC once called KKR India Financial Services. InCred lends its own money and is on RBI's NBFC register, so the app is genuine; what you most need to check is the full cost, because the rate runs from 13% to 36% a year and the APR can reach 48%. Loans go from ₹50,000 to ₹15 lakh over 12 to 60 months. The fee can be up to 5% plus tax, and you can't close early until six months have passed. InCred also funds loans inside other apps, so its name may appear on a loan you took elsewhere. We tested the app against InCred's own documents, RBI's register and recent Play reviews, as of November 2026.

Our Ratings

Disbursal speed 3.5/5

InCred promises money within 15 minutes of approval, and recent reviewers report payouts in hours or a day, though a few say an approved loan never arrived.

Interest & cost 2.5/5

A 13% to 36% rate band, an APR of up to 48%, a fee of up to 5% and a six-month block on prepayment make this a mid to high cost loan.

App experience 3.0/5

The app rates 4.6 on Google Play, but recent complaints mention rejections after long checks, OTP trouble and payments that don't show up.

Customer support 3.0/5

There's a toll-free line, WhatsApp chat and a four-level ladder with named officers, offset by reports of repeated sales calls and slow answers.

Safety & transparency 4.0/5

An RBI-registered Middle Layer NBFC lending in its own name with no RBI penalty found, though its privacy policy allows background location and calls despite DND.

This is InCred's own published example at 21% a year. InCred says ₹96,450 reaches your account, ₹10 less than ₹1,00,000 minus the ₹3,540 fee, so ask what the gap is before you sign.

Try the InCred Finance (InCred Financial Services) EMI calculator

Pros

  • The lender is InCred Financial Services itself, an RBI-registered NBFC in the Middle Layer
  • Bigger loans than most apps: ₹50,000 to ₹15 lakh, repaid over 12 to 60 months
  • A worked example with fee, EMI and total cost is published, along with an APR range of 14% to 48%
  • Toll-free care line, WhatsApp chat and a named Principal Nodal Officer for escalations
  • Its website names its recovery agencies and the vendors it has terminated

Cons

  • Rates go up to 36% a year and the APR up to 48%, so weaker profiles pay a lot
  • A processing fee of up to 5% plus tax comes out of the loan before you get it
  • No prepayment in the first six months, then a foreclosure charge of up to 5% plus tax
  • InCred's own pages disagree on the top loan amount, the age limit and the starting rate
  • Recent reviews complain of repeated sales calls and rejections after long checks

Our Verdict

In regulatory terms, InCred is a safe name to borrow from. The lender is InCred Financial Services itself, a Middle Layer NBFC on RBI's register, and the app is published under the same company's name. It lists its recovery agencies and the vendors it has dropped, and it gives a complaint ladder with named officers. We found no RBI penalty against it in our searches. Cost is where you need to slow down. The 13% floor is for the strongest files; the band goes to 36%, the APR to 48%, and the fee can take up to 5% of the loan before it reaches you. InCred's own example, ₹1,00,000 at 21% for 36 months, costs ₹39,170 in interest and fees. You can't prepay in the first six months, and after that early closure costs up to 5% plus tax. Recent reviewers also describe sales calls that don't stop, quotes that changed at the agreement stage and an AutoPay mandate left active after a rejection. It suits salaried or self-employed borrowers with steady income and a good score who need ₹50,000 or more and plan to keep the loan to term. Read the Key Fact Statement line by line, and get a second quote from another large lender.

Who InCred Finance (InCred Financial Services) suits

Salaried or self-employed borrowers who need ₹50,000 or more
People with steady income and a good credit score, who may be priced nearer the 13% end
Borrowers who want one fixed EMI over one to five years
Anyone who prefers a lender that lends in its own name through its own app

Look elsewhere if

You need a small sum for a few weeks; InCred starts at ₹50,000
You may want to repay within six months; prepayment isn't allowed until then
Your credit score is weak; you're likely to be priced near the top of the band

Not sure the app is genuine? Is InCred Finance (InCred Financial Services) real or fake? How to check it yourself

Things to Watch

  • The privacy policy allows location collection even when the app is closed, and says marketing calls are covered even if you're on DND
  • In October 2026 one reviewer said a ₹4.55 lakh offer came at 28% with a ₹28,000 fee; another said the agreement showed 17% after an 11% quote
  • Loans that come through partner platforms can carry prepayment charges of up to 6% plus tax, above the 5% for direct loans
  • The Play listing calls it an 'RBI-licensed loan app', but RBI registers the lender, not the app
  • In November 2026 a rejected applicant reported an InCred UPI AutoPay mandate still active on their bank account

What Real Users Say

Read on Google Play on 4 November 2026. Many recent five-star posts are one or two words such as 'good', each answered with a stock reply, and one long one-star review appears word for word under two different names a year apart.

The app shows 4.6 stars from 59.8K reviews and 50L+ downloads, but the last two months are split between very short praise and detailed complaints.

What users love

Happy borrowers mention quick sanctions, money in a few hours or a day, and named staff who walked them through the process.

Common complaints

Rejections after long checks, high rates and fees, a rate or tenure that changed at the agreement stage, repeated sales calls, a ₹500 charge when auto-debit failed on the due date, and an AutoPay mandate left active after a rejection.

How InCred Finance (InCred Financial Services) Compares

vs SMFG India Credit — Another large NBFC selling bigger personal loans, so ask for its Key Fact Statement too and compare APR and foreclosure terms.

vs Poonawalla Fincorp — A big NBFC personal loan worth quoting side by side if you want a second view on fees and prepayment rules.

vs Bajaj Finserv — Lends in a similar size range, so compare the total cost of each offer rather than the headline rate.

How we tested

Checked in November 2026. On 4 November 2026 we read InCred's personal loan, interest rate, schedule of charges, terms, privacy, grievance, nodal officer, partnership, recovery agent and fraud advisory pages, and found its entry in RBI's NBFC list as on 30 September 2026. We read the app's Google Play listing, its data safety section and two months of dated reviews. RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory would not load and we didn't take a loan, so live offers and payout times are unverified.

InCred Finance (InCred Financial Services) Customer Support Details

InCred's toll-free line is the quickest way in, and its WhatsApp chat works for simple questions. For anything you may need on record, email the care address and quote your loan account number. If it isn't fixed in 5 days, go up the ladder: the customer service lead, then the zonal nodal officer, then the Principal Nodal Officer. After 30 days without a fix, you can take it to the RBI Ombudsman.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is InCred Finance safe and RBI registered?
Yes, the lender is real and regulated. InCred Financial Services Limited, formerly KKR India Financial Services, appears in RBI's NBFC list as on 30 September 2026 as a Middle Layer NBFC registered in Mumbai. The InCred Finance app on Google Play is published by that same company. Being registered doesn't make every offer cheap, so still read your Key Fact Statement.
What does an InCred personal loan really cost?
InCred's rate page lists 13% to 36% a year for personal loans, and the APR ranges from 14% to 48%. Its schedule of charges allows a processing fee of up to 5% plus tax. In InCred's own example, ₹1,00,000 at 21% over 36 months has an EMI of about ₹3,768 and costs ₹39,170 in interest and fees.
How much can I borrow from InCred and for how long?
The app and website offer ₹50,000 to ₹15 lakh, repaid over 12 to 60 months. An older FAQ on InCred's site still gives ₹10,00,000 as the maximum, so treat ₹15 lakh as the ceiling for strong profiles. Your actual limit depends on your income, credit history and InCred's own checks.
Who is eligible for an InCred loan and what documents are needed?
InCred's website asks for applicants aged 21 to 60, salaried or self-employed, with net income of at least ₹15,000 a month. The Play listing is stricter: 21 to 55 years, ₹25,000 a month for business owners and a credit score preferably above 700. Keep your PAN, Aadhaar and last three months' bank statements ready.
How do I contact InCred customer care or file a complaint?
Call the toll-free number 1800 102 2192 or email care@incred.com with your loan account number. If it isn't fixed in 5 days, escalate to Ms. Rosy Dsouza on 022-42117799, then the nodal officer, then Principal Nodal Officer Mr. Vaidyanathan Ramamoorthy on 022-4211 7777. After 30 days, you can go to the RBI Ombudsman.
Why does InCred show up on a loan I took through another app?
InCred lends through many partner platforms, which it names on its partnerships page, including Fibe, KreditBee, Moneyview, Paytm and True Balance. If you borrowed through one of them, InCred may be the actual lender on your Key Fact Statement. That's normal, but repay only through the app or InCred's official channels, never into a personal account.
How do I stop harassment calls from InCred Finance (InCred Financial Services) recovery agents?
RBI's rules on recovery conduct are specific: agents may not call before 8 a.m. or after 7 p.m., may not use threats, abuse or intimidation, and may not contact people from your phonebook to shame you. Blanket access to your contacts and photos is prohibited for digital lenders. If this is happening, save the evidence — call logs, screenshots, recordings — and complain to the lender's grievance officer (InCred.Grievance@incred.com), then to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in if it continues. If the app is not a regulated entity at all, report it on the RBI Sachet portal (sachet.rbi.org.in) and to the cyber-crime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. Harassment, morphed images and contact-list shaming are criminal offences regardless of whether you owe money.
