IndiaLends is a loan and credit card marketplace run by GC Web Ventures Private Limited, and it doesn't lend money itself. Your loan comes from whichever bank or NBFC approves you, such as KrazyBee Services or EarlySalary Services, so that lender sets the rate, fees and terms, and its Key Fact Statement is the document to read. We read IndiaLends' terms, privacy policy, grievance pages and Google Play listing, checked its named partners in RBI's NBFC list and looked for IndiaLends on the lenders' own partner pages. We also went through several hundred recent Play reviews. Here's what that shows as of November 2026.

Our Ratings

Disbursal speed 3.0/5

IndiaLends says approved loans reach your bank within 24 hours, but the lender controls timing and many reviewers describe rejections at the last step.

Interest & cost 3.0/5

Published APRs of 10.25% to 25% are fair for bank and NBFC loans, but fees of up to 6% and a 29.99% website ceiling make the range wide.

App experience 3.0/5

The app rates 4.3 and the free credit report is easy to use, yet recent reviews describe pre-approved offers that vanish when you apply.

Customer support 2.5/5

A three-level complaint ladder with named staff is published, but review replies are templates and four different phone numbers appear across its pages.

Safety & transparency 3.5/5

Partners are RBI-registered and several confirm IndiaLends on their own pages, while data sharing for marketing and the DND clause cost points.

Loan Details & Charges

Loan Amount ₹10,000 to ₹25,00,000
Interest Rate 10.25% to 29.99% a year
Tenure 6 months to 60 months
Processing Fee 1.5% to 6% + GST
Late Payment Set by the lender; the Play listing says additional or penal charges may apply for delay or non-payment depending on the lender's policy. No figure published by IndiaLends.
Foreclosure Set by the lender; IndiaLends says pre-payment is usually allowed after 12 months and a pre-payment fee may be levied. No figure published by IndiaLends.

Eligibility Criteria

Age 18-60 years
Min Income ₹10,000 per month
Employment salaried (6/12 months in job), self-employed (3 years in business)
Documents PAN, proof of identity and address (Aadhaar or similar), salary slips, bank statements; self-employed add last 3 years' ITR; selfie for KYC

What It Actually Costs

Loan amount ₹1,00,000
Tenure 24 months
Monthly EMI ₹5,337
Total interest ₹28,092
Processing fee ₹2,000 + 18% GST = ₹2,360, deducted upfront
Total repayment ₹1,28,092

Illustrative: 25% is the top of the APR range on IndiaLends' Play listing, used here as the rate, and 2% is the fee in its own example, so about ₹97,640 reaches your bank. The lender that approves you sets the real rate and fee in its KFS.

Try the IndiaLends EMI calculator

Pros

  • Partners are RBI-registered NBFCs and banks, and several name IndiaLends on their own disclosure pages
  • One application shows offers from many lenders, from ₹10,000 up to ₹25 lakh on its Play listing
  • IndiaLends says it charges borrowers no fee and asks users to report anyone demanding money in its name
  • A published three-level complaint route with a named supervisor and grievance officer
  • Free credit report, with no impact on your credit score, before you apply anywhere

Cons

  • It doesn't lend, so the rate, fees and terms change with whichever lender approves you
  • Published prices disagree: APR up to 25% on Play, interest up to 29.99% on its own website
  • Processing fees can range from 1.5% to 6% of the loan, depending on the lender
  • Sign-up consent covers calls, SMS and WhatsApp from it and partner lenders, even on DND
  • Contact details differ, with four phone numbers across its own pages, Play and lender documents

Our Verdict

IndiaLends is a real, long-running marketplace, not a lender. GC Web Ventures was incorporated in 2013, and its partners are RBI-registered NBFCs and banks. Several of them, including KrazyBee Services, EarlySalary Services, Poonawalla Fincorp, L&T Finance, Akara Capital and Vivifi, name IndiaLends on their own partner disclosures. That's the check that matters most, and it holds up. Price is set by whoever lends. IndiaLends' Play listing gives APRs of 10.25% to 25% and fees of 1.5% to 6%, while its website quotes interest up to 29.99%. Its lender list also mixes real lenders with other loan apps, and Tata Capital's current partner list doesn't name IndiaLends at all. So only the lender's KFS tells you what you'll pay. The biggest drawback is contact. Its terms let it and its partners call and message you even if you're on the DND list, and ask DND users not to complain. Recent reviews describe dozens of calls a day, pre-approved offers that end in rejection and claimed ₹199 charges. IndiaLends says it charges borrowers nothing. Use it to compare, then deal with the named lender.

Who IndiaLends suits

Salaried or self-employed borrowers with a good credit score who want several offers at once
People who will check the lender's name and KFS before accepting any offer
Anyone who also wants a free credit report and score tracking

Look elsewhere if

You don't want calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages from several lenders after signing up
You already know which bank or NBFC you want, since applying direct skips the middle step
You want a fixed price before sharing your data, as IndiaLends can't quote until a lender decides

Not sure the app is genuine? Is IndiaLends real or fake? How to check it yourself

Things to Watch

  • Its terms ask users on the DND register not to complain about its calls, and reviews describe dozens of calls a day
  • Play's Data safety says photos, files and personal details may be shared with third parties for advertising or marketing
  • Several reviewers say they paid ₹199 or similar sums and got no loan, while IndiaLends says it charges no fee
  • Its lender list mixes NBFCs and banks with other loan apps and a P2P platform, and Tata Capital's September 2026 partner list omits IndiaLends
  • Website copy calls IndiaLends the largest online personal loan provider, though its own terms say it grants no loans

How to Apply for IndiaLends

  1. 1

Sign up with your mobile number

Install IndiaLends from Google Play or open its website, enter your mobile number and verify the OTP.

Recent bank statements
A selfie for the lender's KYC

What Real Users Say

Read on Google Play in November 2026. In our sample of the newest reviews, most five-star posts were three words or fewer, they arrived in bursts on single days, and one long paragraph appeared word for word under several names.

IndiaLends shows 4.3 stars from about 84.7K reviews and 50L+ downloads, but the newest reviews split between one-word praise and angry complaints.

What users love

Happy users say the credit score check is simple and some say a loan arrived quickly, though most five-star posts are just a word or two.

Common complaints

Pre-approved offers that end in rejection, repeated calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages, being pushed to other loan apps, app errors, and claims of ₹199 charges with no loan.

How IndiaLends Compares

vs L&T Finance — L&T Finance is one of IndiaLends' own partners, so applying directly gets you the same lender without the extra calls.

vs IDFC FIRST Bank — A bank personal loan in a similar range is worth a direct quote if your credit score is strong.

vs KreditBee — KrazyBee Services, the NBFC behind KreditBee, is a named IndiaLends lender, so its own app is the direct route.

How we tested

In early November 2026 we read IndiaLends' website, terms, privacy, grievance and lender pages, its latest posted annual return, its Google Play listing and Data safety page, and several hundred of the newest Play reviews. We checked named partners in RBI's NBFC list as on 30 September 2026 and searched lender disclosure pages for IndiaLends. Everything here was checked in November 2026. RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory didn't load, and we did not apply for a loan.

IndiaLends (GC Web Ventures) Customer Support Details

IndiaLends handles help by email and a Gurugram landline, and it promises a first reply within 72 working hours. If nothing moves, email the supervisor, then grievance officer Yojana Kumari after 7 days. Its pages list different phone numbers, so use the one on its Grievance Redressal Process page. Problems with an actual loan go to the lender named on your agreement, not to IndiaLends.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is IndiaLends safe and RBI registered?
IndiaLends itself isn't RBI registered, and its terms say it's a marketplace, not a lender. GC Web Ventures Private Limited runs it and passes your application to partners such as KrazyBee Services, EarlySalary Services, Poonawalla Fincorp and L&T Finance, which are on RBI's NBFC list and name IndiaLends on their own pages. Check the lender named on your Key Fact Statement before you accept.
What does a loan through IndiaLends really cost?
It depends on the lender that approves you. IndiaLends' Play listing gives APRs of 10.25% to 25% and processing fees of 1.5% to 6%, while its website quotes interest of 10.25% to 29.99%. Its own Play example, ₹5 lakh over 60 months at 25%, has an EMI of ₹14,676 and a total cost of ₹8,91,090 including the principal.
How much can I borrow through IndiaLends and for how long?
Its Play listing offers personal loans up to ₹25 lakh over 6 to 60 months, and its website says loans start from ₹10,000. Other pages differ: the FAQ page says from ₹25,000 for 1 to 5 years, and one answer claims up to ₹70 lakh. The amount and tenure you actually get are set by the lender, so go by its offer.
Who is eligible for IndiaLends and what documents do I need?
The Play listing asks for age 18 to 60, salaried or self-employed, and net income of at least ₹10,000 a month. Its website says lenders typically want age 21 to 65, ₹20,000 a month and a credit score of 720 or more. Keep your PAN, ID and address proof, salary slips or 3 years' ITR, and bank statements ready.
How do I contact IndiaLends customer care or file a complaint?
Start with IndiaLends' support email or customer care line, which promises a reply within 72 working hours. If that fails, email the supervisor, Rohit Chhoker, then grievance officer Yojana Kumari if it isn't fixed within 7 days. Problems with the loan itself belong with the lender named in your agreement, and after 30 days you can take a lender complaint to the RBI Ombudsman.
Why do I get so many calls and messages from IndiaLends?
When you sign up, you agree to calls, SMS, WhatsApp and AI-based calls from IndiaLends and its partner banks and NBFCs, and that consent overrides the DND list. Several reviewers report dozens of calls a day. You can withdraw consent and ask for your data to be deleted through IndiaLends' consent withdrawal page or by writing to its support email.
How do I stop harassment calls from IndiaLends recovery agents?
RBI's rules on recovery conduct are specific: agents may not call before 8 a.m. or after 7 p.m., may not use threats, abuse or intimidation, and may not contact people from your phonebook to shame you. Blanket access to your contacts and photos is prohibited for digital lenders. If this is happening, save the evidence — call logs, screenshots, recordings — and complain to the lender's grievance officer (grievance@indialends.com), then to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in if it continues. If the app is not a regulated entity at all, report it on the RBI Sachet portal (sachet.rbi.org.in) and to the cyber-crime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. Harassment, morphed images and contact-list shaming are criminal offences regardless of whether you owe money.
