MoneyWide is a personal loan brand run by MyLoanCare Ventures Private Limited, a PB Fintech group company, and the money comes from MyLoanCare itself, an NBFC on RBI's register. The one thing to know as of November 2026: the MoneyWide Android app is no longer on Google Play, so apply only through the official website and ignore any app file sent to you. We checked the lender against RBI's NBFC list, read MoneyWide's product, fee and complaint pages, and went through MyLoanCare's sample loan agreement and Key Fact Statement. Rates on MoneyWide's own pages run from 16% to 36% a year depending on the product, with processing fees of 2.5% to 5%, and the pages don't always agree with each other.

Our Ratings

Disbursal speed 3.0/5

MoneyWide promises same-day money and MyLoanCare says within 2 hours, but with no current reviews we couldn't check either claim.

Interest & cost 3.0/5

The main loan is priced at 18% to 26% with a 3.75% fee, but short-term and new-to-credit loans run to 35% or 36% plus fees of 4% to 5%.

App experience 1.5/5

There's no app on Google Play any more, and parts of the website, like the partners page and reviews, didn't load.

Customer support 2.5/5

A phone line, email and a named grievance officer are published, but MyLoanCare's own pages give three different numbers.

Safety & transparency 3.0/5

The lender is an RBI-registered NBFC backed by PB Fintech, held back by the unexplained Play removal and clashing terms.

Loan Details & Charges

Loan Amount ₹10,000 to ₹3,00,000
Interest Rate 16% to 36% a year
Tenure 3 months to 36 months

Late Payment Not published as a figure. MyLoanCare's interest rate policy says penal interest / late payment charges are decided by the company from time to time; the specimen KFS has a blank line for annualised penal charges.
Foreclosure 4% of the outstanding amount, allowed only after the 1st EMI; part-payment 3% of the prepaid amount after the 1st EMI (not allowed on the Short Term loan). No penalty during the 3-day cooling-off period in the KFS.

Eligibility Criteria

Age 21-55 years
Min Income ₹18,000 per month
CIBIL Score 600+
Employment salaried only (private sector company or public undertaking)
Documents PAN, Aadhaar-based e-KYC and video KYC, e-sign, a bank account for e-NACH autopay; minimum income documents; employment may be checked through EPFO

What It Actually Costs

Loan amount ₹1,00,000
Tenure 12 months
Monthly EMI ₹9,168
Total interest ₹10,016
Processing fee ₹3,750 + 18% GST (₹675) = ₹4,425, deducted upfront
Total repayment ₹1,10,016

Illustrative: 18% is the lowest rate and 3.75% the fee on MoneyWide's Instant Personal Loan card, so about ₹95,575 reaches your bank. Your KFS rate, fee and APR are what count.

Try the MoneyWide EMI calculator

Pros

  • The lender, MyLoanCare Ventures, is in RBI's NBFC list and names itself as lender in its loan agreement
  • Backed by listed PB Fintech, which disclosed its stake and RBI's approval in exchange filings
  • Each product's rate, fee and foreclosure charge is printed on MoneyWide's own pages
  • A four-level complaint ladder with a named grievance officer and published reply timelines
  • The KFS gives a 3-day cooling-off period to exit by repaying principal and proportionate APR

Cons

  • The Android app is gone from Google Play, yet MoneyWide's pages still tell you to download it
  • Terms clash across pages: rates from 16% to 36%, fees from 2.5% to 5%, ages from 21 to 55
  • Late payment and bounce charges aren't published as figures; you only see them in your KFS
  • Foreclosure costs 4% of the outstanding amount and is allowed only after the 1st EMI
  • Salaried borrowers only, with a 650 credit score or more for the main personal loan

Our Verdict

MoneyWide is a real, regulated lender, not a fly-by-night app. MyLoanCare Ventures holds an RBI certificate, appears in RBI's NBFC list, and names itself as the lender in its own loan agreement. PB Fintech, the listed company behind Policybazaar, has owned a controlling stake since 2022. That's a lot more accountability than most small loan brands offer. The trouble is how loose the paperwork around it has become. The Android app has gone from Google Play, yet the site still asks you to download it. The partners page shows an error, and the mobile footer carries the CIN of a different company, MLC Finotech, which ran the old app. Rates swing from 16% on one page to 36% on another, and the 36% short-term loan sits above the 35.99% ceiling in MyLoanCare's own rate policy. Late payment and bounce charges aren't published as figures at all. If you're salaried and MoneyWide offers you a loan, it can be a fair choice, but only after you read the KFS. Check that it names MyLoanCare Ventures as lender and shows the APR, every fee and the 3-day cooling-off window. If any of that is missing, walk away.

Who MoneyWide suits

Salaried borrowers with a 650 or better credit score who want ₹20,000 to ₹3,00,000
People who prefer a lender owned by a large listed group and are happy to apply on a website
First-time borrowers with no credit history who accept a 30% to 35% rate on a small loan

Look elsewhere if

You're self-employed: MoneyWide's pages say salaried only
You want a mobile app with recent, readable user reviews
You may want to repay early in the first month, since part-payment and foreclosure start after the 1st EMI

Not sure the app is genuine? Is MoneyWide real or fake? How to check it yourself

Things to Watch

  • The MoneyWide app is no longer on Google Play as of November 2026 and no reason is published; the old listing named MLC Finotech, not the lender, as operator
  • The partners page shows an error and the mobile footer still carries MLC Finotech's CIN, so the site doesn't clearly show who you're dealing with
  • The 36% short-term loan is priced above the 35.99% ceiling in MyLoanCare's own interest rate policy
  • MyLoanCare's privacy policy says GPS location is fetched in the background, while the same policy promises one-time access for onboarding only
  • MyLoanCare's pages list three phone numbers (9911862226, 8448389600 and 8929461030) for support and grievances

How to Apply for MoneyWide

  1. 1

    Open the official website

Type the MoneyWide address yourself and go to the personal loan page. Don't install a MoneyWide app from a link, as there's none on Google Play now.

  2. 2

    Verify your mobile and PAN

Enter your details and the OTP. The consent lets MoneyWide pull your credit report and check your job on the EPFO portal.

  3. 3

    Fill in the application

Add income and job details. Approval in principle is shown on screen if you qualify.

  4. 4

Finish video KYC, e-sign and e-NACH

Complete video KYC, sign the agreement electronically and set up autopay from your own bank account.

  5. 5

Read the KFS before you sign

Check it names MyLoanCare Ventures as lender and shows the APR, every fee, the penal charges and the 3-day cooling-off period.

Documents Required

PAN card
Aadhaar for e-KYC and video KYC
A bank account in your name for e-NACH autopay
Salary details; your employer may be checked through EPFO

What Real Users Say

Google Play returned 'not found' for the app on 4 November 2026. The archived 2023 listing showed only 1K+ downloads and no star rating.

There are no current Google Play reviews to read because the app is off Play, and MoneyWide's own reviews page showed no reviews when we loaded it.

What users love

Nothing we could verify. The homepage says 'Rated as 4.5/5' but doesn't say who gave that rating or where.

Common complaints

With no dated user reviews available, we can't report complaint themes. If you've borrowed, keep every KFS, receipt and message, since that record matters if you need to complain.

How MoneyWide Compares

vs Lendingplate — Lendingplate's app is on Google Play under its own NBFC, Unifinz Capital India, so the lender and the app match on the listing.

vs CASHe — CASHe also aims at salaried borrowers needing small and mid-size loans; compare the APR in both KFS documents.

vs Moneyview — Moneyview works through an app that is live on Google Play, which suits borrowers who want an app-based process.

How we tested

Checked in November 2026: on 4 November 2026 we read MoneyWide's home, product, fee, contact, consent and policy pages, MyLoanCare's site, policies and sample loan agreement with its KFS, RBI's NBFC list as on 30 September 2026, and PB Fintech's 2021 and 2022 exchange filings. Google Play returned no listing, so we read an archived 2023 copy. RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory timed out, there were no Play reviews to read, and we did not take a loan.

MoneyWide (MyLoanCare Ventures) Customer Support Details

MoneyWide's support is run by MyLoanCare Ventures, the lender. Start with the customer care line, a regular mobile number rather than a toll-free one, open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, or email the care address and keep the reply. If that fails, write to the grievance officer, Ghanshyam Soni. Its own pages print different phone numbers, so use the contact page and your KFS, never a number from an ad or a caller.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is MoneyWide safe and RBI registered?
MoneyWide itself is a brand, but its lender, MyLoanCare Ventures Private Limited, is an RBI-registered NBFC listed in RBI's NBFC list as on 30 September 2026. PB Fintech, the group behind Policybazaar, controls it. That makes the lender regulated. The weak spots are the missing Play app and terms that differ between pages, so rely on your KFS, not the website banners.
What does a MoneyWide loan really cost?
It depends on the product. The Instant Personal Loan is listed at 18% to 26% a year with a 3.75% processing fee, while short-term loans are 36% with a 5% fee. On a ₹1,00,000 loan for 12 months at 18%, the EMI is about ₹9,168 and about ₹95,575 reaches you after the fee and GST. Late and bounce charges aren't published.
How much can I borrow from MoneyWide and for how long?
MoneyWide's pages list loans from ₹10,000 on the short-term product up to ₹3,00,000 on the instant personal loan. Tenure runs from 3 months on short-term and new-to-credit loans to 36 months on the main loan. As of November 2026, the short-term loan is limited to 3, 6 or 9 months and doesn't allow part-payment.
Who is eligible for a MoneyWide loan and what documents are needed?
MoneyWide lends only to salaried people at private companies or public undertakings. The main page asks for age 21 to 55, a net income of ₹25,000 a month and a credit score of 650 or more, though some products accept less. You'll need PAN, Aadhaar for e-KYC and video KYC, and a bank account for autopay. Your job may be checked on EPFO.
How do I contact MoneyWide customer care or complain?
Call +91-9911862226 from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM, or email care@moneywide.com. If that doesn't work, write to the grievance officer, Ghanshyam Soni, at gro@moneywide.com. MyLoanCare's policy says complaints are acknowledged within 3 days. If you're still unhappy, complain to RBI's Integrated Ombudsman through its online portal.
Why can't I find the MoneyWide app on Google Play?
As of November 2026, Google Play shows no MoneyWide app, and the old listing returns 'not found'. MoneyWide hasn't published a reason, and its site still links to that listing. Treat any 'MoneyWide' app file sent on WhatsApp or by a caller as unsafe. Apply only on the official website and pay only inside your logged-in account.
How do I file a complaint against MoneyWide?
Work the escalation ladder in order. First, raise the complaint with MoneyWide support (care@moneywide.com) and insist on a written complaint reference number — a call with no reference number effectively did not happen. If it is unresolved, escalate to the grievance redressal officer at gro@moneywide.com. The regulated entity has 30 days to resolve it. After that, you can complain free of cost to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in — no lawyer is needed, and the decision is binding on the lender.
How do I stop harassment calls from MoneyWide recovery agents?
RBI's rules on recovery conduct are specific: agents may not call before 8 a.m. or after 7 p.m., may not use threats, abuse or intimidation, and may not contact people from your phonebook to shame you. Blanket access to your contacts and photos is prohibited for digital lenders. If this is happening, save the evidence — call logs, screenshots, recordings — and complain to the lender's grievance officer (gro@moneywide.com), then to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in if it continues. If the app is not a regulated entity at all, report it on the RBI Sachet portal (sachet.rbi.org.in) and to the cyber-crime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. Harassment, morphed images and contact-list shaming are criminal offences regardless of whether you owe money.
