Lenditt is an Ahmedabad loan app run by Lenditt Innovations & Technologies, a lending service provider that arranges personal loans of ₹10,000 to ₹5 lakh but doesn't lend itself. The money comes from two RBI-registered NBFCs, Chinmay Finlease and Madhur Instalments, and the thing to know is cost: Lenditt's own example takes ₹2,537 off a ₹30,000 loan before payout, and its stated APR of 26% to 36% doesn't add up against that example. We checked both lenders in RBI's NBFC list, read each one's partner and pricing pages, and set them beside Lenditt's site, terms and Play listing. Then we went through the newest Play reviews. Here's what that shows as of November 2026.

Our Ratings

Disbursal speed 3.5/5

Lenditt promises a 15-minute turnaround and many reviewers confirm quick payouts, though some say salary checks sat for hours.

Interest & cost 2.0/5

Interest starts at 28% a year on a flat basis, fees and GST come off upfront, and the stated APR doesn't fit Lenditt's own example.

App experience 3.0/5

The app rates 4.1 on Play, but recent one-star posts cite rejections after on-time repayment and a cool-off block on new loans.

Customer support 2.5/5

There's a phone line, a named grievance officer and both lenders' escalation routes, but reviewers say emails go unanswered for weeks.

Safety & transparency 3.0/5

Both lenders are RBI-registered and confirm Lenditt, but the contact-list clause, data declarations and pricing conflicts hold it back.

Loan Details & Charges

Loan Amount ₹10,000 to ₹5,00,000
Interest Rate 28% to 36.5% a year
Tenure 3 months to 18 months
Processing Fee 5% to 6.5% + GST
Late Payment No penal amount published by Lenditt; its FAQ says late payment can lead to notices and legal proceedings. Both lenders say penal charges are set by board policy and disclosed in the loan agreement and KFS. Reviewers report a ₹500+ charge after a one-day bounce.
Foreclosure Both lenders list 4% of the outstanding principal + GST. Lenditt's FAQ only says you can foreclose the whole loan. Chinmay offers a 3-day cooling-off exit (principal + proportionate APR, no penalty), although Lenditt's terms say there is no cancellation once the loan is paid out.
Bounce Charges ₹500 per occurrence (Play listing; Chinmay policy); ₹500 + GST (Madhur policy). Reviewers say it is charged the same day an auto-debit fails.

Eligibility Criteria

Age 21-55 years
Min Income ₹25,000 per month
CIBIL Score 600+
Employment Salaried (Play listing); the site FAQ also allows self-employed
Documents PAN, Aadhaar, selfie, work email or salary slip, last 3 months' salary slips or bank statements, bank account for payout and eMandate

What It Actually Costs

Loan amount ₹30,000
Tenure 6 months (180 days)
Monthly EMI ₹5,690 (if repaid in six equal instalments)
Total interest ₹4,142 (flat, on the full ₹30,000)
Processing fee ₹2,150 (5% + 1.5% + ₹200) + 18% GST of ₹387 = ₹2,537, deducted upfront
Total repayment ₹34,142

This is Lenditt's own Play example, where interest is flat on the full amount, so you receive ₹27,463 and repay ₹34,142, a total cost of ₹6,679 for six months. The six equal instalments are our assumption, since the listing doesn't show the schedule.

Pros

  • Loans come from two RBI-registered NBFCs, and both name Lenditt on their own websites
  • Loan sizes from ₹10,000 to ₹5 lakh, repaid over 3 to 18 months
  • The Play listing has a worked fee example, down to the GST and the amount paid out
  • A named grievance officer, a direct phone number and both lenders' escalation routes are published
  • Chinmay's policy gives a 3-day cooling-off window to exit a loan without penalty

Cons

  • Interest is flat on the full amount from 28% a year, so the real cost runs above the headline
  • Processing, documentation and convenience charges plus GST are deducted before payout
  • The published 26% to 36% APR doesn't fit Lenditt's own ₹30,000 example
  • Foreclosure costs 4% of the outstanding principal plus GST at both lenders
  • Income, credit score and job rules differ between the Play listing and Lenditt's site

Our Verdict

Lenditt is a real, regulated lending channel. Both lenders it names are on RBI's NBFC list as on 30 September 2026, and both name Lenditt on their own websites, which is the confirmation that matters. The ties are close, though. A Chinmay Finlease director is also a Lenditt co-founder, and the two firms work out of the same building in Thaltej. Cost is where it gets harder. Lenditt quotes interest from 28% a year and an APR of 26% to 36%, yet its own example deducts ₹2,537 in fees and GST from a ₹30,000 loan and adds ₹4,142 of interest over 180 days. Both lenders charge flat interest on the full amount, and Madhur Instalments publishes a personal loan range of 2.33% to 9% a month. So don't rely on the APR line; rely on the Key Fact Statement. Reviews split hard. Five-star posts praise payouts in minutes, while one-star posts describe rejections after on-time repayment, a cool-off block, a ₹500 charge when autopay fails and a few reports of pressure on references. Lenditt's terms still say the lender may contact your contact list. It can work for a salaried borrower who needs a short loan fast and checks the lender and APR first.

Who Lenditt suits

Salaried borrowers aged 21 to 55 earning ₹25,000 a month or more, with a credit score of 600 or above
People who need ₹10,000 to ₹5 lakh quickly and can repay within 18 months
Borrowers who read the KFS and check whether Chinmay Finlease or Madhur Instalments is the lender

Look elsewhere if

You want interest on a reducing balance rather than flat interest on the full amount
You may repay early, since foreclosure costs 4% of the outstanding principal plus GST
You're self-employed or below a 600 score, where Lenditt's own pages give conflicting rules

Not sure the app is genuine? Is Lenditt real or fake? How to check it yourself

Things to Watch

  • Lenditt's terms say the lender may contact your contact list if you pay late, though RBI tells lending apps not to access contact lists
  • Madhur Instalments publishes personal loan rates of 2.33% to 9% a month, far above the APR Lenditt quotes
  • Play Data safety says no data is shared with third parties, while the privacy policy lists NBFCs, insurers and others it shares with
  • App and lender are closely tied: a Chinmay director co-founded Lenditt, and both sit in the same Ahmedabad building
  • Some recent reviews describe threats of recovery agents and calls to references after a missed EMI; these are user claims, not proven

What Real Users Say

Ratings read on Google Play on 4 November 2026. Many five-star posts are only a word or two, and several thank the same staff member by name, which points to prompted reviews.

Lenditt shows 4.1 stars from 15,078 ratings on Google Play, but the newest reviews split sharply between quick five-star payouts and one-star complaints.

What users love

Happy borrowers say the money arrives within minutes, the steps are simple and support staff helped them finish the loan; several thank a named executive.

Common complaints

Rejections despite on-time repayment and good scores, a cool-off block on reapplying, being nudged to preclose for a bigger loan that was then refused, a ₹500 charge when autopay fails, slow email replies, data worries and a few reports of recovery threats and calls to references.

How Lenditt Compares

vs Moneyview — Moneyview lends similar amounts to salaried borrowers, so compare its KFS APR with Lenditt's before you pick.

vs KreditBee — KreditBee also serves small and mid-size personal loans, so get both offers and compare the total cost in rupees.

vs Fibe — Fibe targets salaried borrowers too; check whether its fees and APR beat Lenditt's upfront deductions on the same amount.

How we tested

On 4 November 2026 we read Lenditt's website, terms, privacy and grievance pages, its Google Play listing with the Data safety page, and the newest Play reviews. We found both lenders in RBI's NBFC list as on 30 September 2026 and opened each lender's partner, pricing and grievance pages. RBI's Digital Lending Apps directory timed out, so that listing is unverified, and we couldn't open MCA records. All facts were checked in November 2026. We did not take a loan.

Lenditt Customer Support Details

Email is Lenditt's main channel: write to support@lenditt.com with your registered mobile number, since its Play replies send every complaint there. The support line, +91 7862839654, runs Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and it's a regular mobile number, not toll-free. If nothing moves in 15 days, write to grievance officer Krushna Vaghasiya at grievance@lenditt.com, then to the lending NBFC named in your loan papers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Lenditt safe and RBI registered?
Lenditt itself isn't an NBFC; it's a lending service provider. The loans come from Chinmay Finlease (registration B.01.00558) and Madhur Instalments (B-12.00396), and both appear in RBI's list of registered NBFCs as on 30 September 2026. Both lenders also name Lenditt on their own websites. Check your Key Fact Statement to see which of the two is lending to you.
What does a Lenditt loan really cost?
Interest starts at 28% a year and is charged flat on the full amount. On top, you pay a 5% processing charge, a 1.5% documentation charge and ₹200, plus GST, all taken before payout. In Lenditt's own example, a ₹30,000 loan for 180 days pays out ₹27,463 and you repay ₹34,142. Madhur Instalments lists a 6.50% processing charge instead.
How much can I borrow from Lenditt, and for how long?
Lenditt lists loans from ₹10,000 to ₹5,00,000, repaid over 3 to 18 months, which its site also gives as up to 545 days. The lender sets your actual amount after checking your income, credit history and documents, so your offer may sit well below the top limit. You must finish e-signing within 3 days of accepting an offer.
Who can apply for a Lenditt loan and what documents are needed?
The Play listing asks for salaried Indian residents aged 21 to 55, earning at least ₹25,000 a month, with a credit score of 600 or above. Lenditt's website says ₹20,000 and also allows self-employed people, so the rules aren't consistent. You'll need PAN, Aadhaar, a selfie and the last 3 months' salary slips or bank statements.
How do I contact Lenditt customer care or file a complaint?
Email support@lenditt.com or call +91 7862839654, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. If that fails, write to grievance officer Krushna Vaghasiya at grievance@lenditt.com or call +91-7041703133; Lenditt aims to reply within 15 days. Loan account issues can also go to your lender's grievance officer, and after 30 days to the RBI Ombudsman.
Why was my Lenditt loan rejected even though I repaid on time?
The lender decides each application, and Lenditt's replies say it weighs income, credit history, CIBIL score and internal checks. Several reviewers say they were refused after repaying on time and then shown a cool-off period before they could reapply. Lenditt doesn't publish how long that lasts, so don't preclose a loan just because a message promises a bigger one next time.
How do I stop harassment calls from Lenditt recovery agents?
RBI's rules on recovery conduct are specific: agents may not call before 8 a.m. or after 7 p.m., may not use threats, abuse or intimidation, and may not contact people from your phonebook to shame you. Blanket access to your contacts and photos is prohibited for digital lenders. If this is happening, save the evidence — call logs, screenshots, recordings — and complain to the lender's grievance officer (grievance@lenditt.com), then to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in if it continues. If the app is not a regulated entity at all, report it on the RBI Sachet portal (sachet.rbi.org.in) and to the cyber-crime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. Harassment, morphed images and contact-list shaming are criminal offences regardless of whether you owe money.
